Hotel Es Port

Great hotel! People were very kind and the room was cleaned. Parking area is also big enough. Through the gate you can go to the beach easily. Especially Breakfast was great! It also has good path for walking and the reception area was also very cozy. But since it was old building, they did not have many electrical cords. If you bring many electronics, you better bring a mulit-outlet to charge.

Absolutely an amazing hotel. From the arquitecture, style, atmosphere, decoration, location, service, food…. Everything was beyond our expectations! Don’t look any further. You will for sure love this hotel! We will for sure come back to this hotel in our next trip to Mallorca!

Wonderful hotel! Check in was easy with the most helpful staff. We had two junior suites and they were gorgeous, clean, comfortable and a balcony with amazing views of the port and the mountains. The gardens and the pool were beautiful, never too busy even in the school holidays. One of our small granddaughters needed a doctor in the night and the staff arranged it so quickly, the doctor was lovely diagnosed tonsillitis and provided medication. We had terrible storms while we were there but it didn’t spoil our holiday. Our cleaner was so good and always happy. We all loved the breakfast, squeezing fresh orange juice and deciding what to have from the great choice. We ate in the restaurant one night and had a delicious meal. The resort is lovely with lots of very good restaurants, all with beautiful views. Visiting Palma and Sóller was enjoyable on the tram and old wooden train. The train was quite expensive but an interesting experience and we returned by bus as it was late. We are usually ready to come home after a week but could happily have stayed much longer. We have just returned from Hotel Es Port following a10 night stay. This was the 3rd time we have stayed here and must say that the hotel simply gets better and better. We had an early flight from the UK so arrived at the hotel at mid-morning. Check in wasn’t until 2pm so we took advantage of the sunshine (and the complimentary drink) and walked into the port to have lunch. When we returned to the hotel just before 2pm, our bags had been taken to our room – we had again booked a Junior Suite in the old building – a little more expensive than rooms elsewhere, but so much character. The room had a large terrace, and had everything we could need – a huge double bed, good air-con, bath and shower, toiletries, iron/ironing board, safe, mini fridge, etc. We used the air-con very little as the room seemed to be kept naturally cool, presumably by the thick wall in the old building. The room was kept spotlessly clean each day with new/clean towels etc when requested. Staying on a bed and breakfast basis, we ate out in the port/harbour most nights having pre-booked (an absolute must) some of our favourite restaurants from previous visits, however we did eat in the hotel restaurant on the odd occasion simply by booking a table at reception earlier in the day. Breakfast was buffet style and had a wide selection of choices to suit everyone – eggs & bacon, cereals, freshly squeezed juices, breads, jams, croissants, cheeses, meats, etc - something for everyone. The hotel waiting staff at both breakfast and evening meals were so on it – attentive, always with a smile and a lot of interaction with all guests (well those who actually had a sense of humour!). The hotel pool was perfect, not overly crowded and very few children even though we were entering school holidays – don’t think the hotel is aimed too much towards children anyway. The pool bar was excellent as were the staff. Could get a very decent snack at lunchtimes and a few good cocktails also! Waiting service to the poolside! Unlike most hotels we have visited, there was never the need for a 6am rush to bag a sunbed for the day! The beds around the pool were not really fully occupied until mid-morning, although in our 2nd week there were new arrivals who clearly ignored notices about reserving sunbeds – and didn’t actually arrive poolside until after lunch. This should not be tolerated when families with very young children cannot therefore get a couple of sunbeds together. There were also sunbeds dotted around the beautifully kept grounds which were pretty much available throughout the day. The Port and harbour front are literally just a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel/poolside, where you can find loads of café’s, bars, and restaurants – well advised to do your research and book some of the more popular restaurants well I advance of your visit as they can be booked up for weeks in advance. Sa Figuera restaurant which is annexed to the hotel itself is located in a beautiful setting bes

Lovely hotel with lots of character, the old part of the building was used in the product of olive oil. Extensive gardens which includes lots of steps which lead to the pool and outside bar area. The staff were very helpful and the food was very good. Could not complain about anything.

Our second time at Es Port and we will be back. The hotel is an oasis of calm and the perfect place to de-stress. We would like to mention Kevin and Sandrine in particular who were amazing in the restaurant. Our room was in the old part of the building with an amazing view of the port from our balcony as we were on the fourth floor. The bus stop at the top of the hill has a regular service to Palma which is a bargain €5.40 return if you buy ahead online.

My wife and I had a four night break at Hotel EsPort. It was fantastic. We had a junior suite with a balcony and roof top terrace. The room was spacious and well appointed and the views were tremendous. We were on half board and the selection of food available at breakfast and dinner was excellent as was the quality. The staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds were lovely. We spent a lot of time at the pool, in the Spa and just sitting in the gardens, but when we wanted to go out there was a back gate that was 100ft from the sea front. Being early May it wasn't hugely busy, but busy enough for a pleasant atmosphere and we had great weather.

Delightful buildings and gardens, full of character. Beautiful dining terrace for breakfast and dinner; an excellent poolside gastronomic restaurant. Charming staff always willing to make your stay as good as it can be. All this in the centre of the village yet only a few minutes from the beach.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, yet so close to the main promenade in Port De Soller. Our first room was in the tower at the very very top, and even though we are both mobile and fit people, we found the narrow, no railing spiral stairs to be a bit much. We counted 46 steps to our room. The hotel did switch us to another room, in one of the smaller buildings on the property which was very nice. This hotel is like a Mediterreanean Villa and the pool area and poolside restaurant are wonderful You feel like you are in an Oasis and then just steps away from a bustling town - so super convenient. Parking was on site and fantastic and also free! My only complaint at this hotel is that some of the staff at reception as well as some of the staff by the upper bar were not the friendliest especially when we didn't want the tower room (which they said was an upgrade - but really wasn't in my opinion). Other than that I really liked this hotel. Breakfast could be busy some mornings but that is to be expected in a buffet setting. Overall I would definately return. Best hotel in Port d'Soller in my opinion.
