Great location and easy-to-use instructions to get the access key. However, messaging on the day of arrival is a little tricky when coming from overseas with no data/wifi! Massive bed - but not terribly comfortable with only a small double sheet on top and what looked like two double sheets, one on top of the other on the mattress! The toilet seat was broken - I reported to reception, and they fixed it swiftly. The coffee plunger was also broken - and reported/fixed promptly. However, surely these types of things could be on some sort of checklist for the cleaners so guests don't have to waste their time reporting? It looked like a nice pool - however, I hadn't even realised there was a pool until a friend pointed it out. Nothing in the room information about opening times, and when I went to have a swim, the automated cleaner was in it, which put me off :-(

Extreme Noise & machinery until 10pm on the Sunday. Pretty horrendous! Also noisy early next morning. Road closed directly in front of unit due to building new high rise- next door. Bed moves/ on rollers - annoying! Unit bathroom tub had damage. Could do with renovation. New young managers pleasant enough but price still too high.

It’s great close everything like restaurant walking around the city.

The location of the hotel, the facilities are clean, but the bed is not stable, always shaking when sleeping.

Except the non personal checkin system and pool with 1.7m depth (even) , i was overally satisfied all the conditions like location((south bank and west side commercial area), staff and barbecue grill!! Would love to stay there again :)

Like the closeness to Southbank. Walking distance. Would like the spa to be warm. Overall very good

The studio was good, all facilities were there and the bed and bathroom were adequately clean. However, it was very dusty in the room. All edges and skirting boards were extremely dusty and clearly not cleaned for a long time. Apart from this the stay was good and the location is perfect.

Convenient location and comfortable bed. Desk chair needs to be replaced as it was almost dangerous to sit on and no tissues in bathroom. If these minor things can be addressed then happy to give it a good rating as it represents value for money.

We had a deluxe one bedroom apartment with a balcony over the courtyard. It was quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of the South Bank parklands. Late check-in was easy and staff were friendly and obliging. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Made for a great weekend in the city 🙂

Parkview Apartments is a secured complex. It was difficult to get through the gate to get to Reception to checkin. Room was adequate but lacked utensils to use in the microwave and had limited cutlery and plates etc. Bed was comfy. Handy location for food and transport options.

Great location close to Southbank and West End. Easy to walk down and find plenty of places to eat.

property generally tired and aged. Check in after hours was poor and needed assistance from on site person. Bathroom cramped and aged with poor water pressure. Shower over bathtub is not safe.

Excellent simple property with a well equipped kitchen. Nice to have a pool that we enjoyed in the afternoon shade. The property manager and cleaning staff were extremely responsive with daily housekeeping. A short walk to CBD and right in the middle of two great suburbs with shops and good dinning options.
