I typically won't leave a bad review but after multiple attempts to allow staff to make a resolution I feel no other option is left. So, upon a late arrival and checking in we were stuck with a smoking room and at times throughout 4 days it smelled terribly like smoke, keep in mind neither one of us smoke. it was terrible. asked for a towel exchange Sunday morning and was told no. then miraculously they found two. The hot water handle wouldn't shut off and I had to search for the main shut off to the hot tub. I mentioned this to the clerk on multiple occasions. apologized and never even offered to get someone to look at it. the problem was the handles were set too close to the wall and clocked wrong. very frustrating to say the least when its 2am and you're in a panic to figure out how to shut the water off so it doesn't overflow. so, for almost $900.00 I was definitely not a happy camper.

Our room and the pool where completely fine. Only thing is they were remodeling the dinning area so we were not served breakfast as it states online. We would of chosen a different motel if we knew in advanced we were not getting breakfast, as that is our sons favorite part of traveling.

Horrible bed, mattress was covered with plastic so that if you pee in bed it wouldn’t stain I guess, felt like 3 year old $275 a night was the worse money spent on a my hotel I stayed in

Smelled terrible as soon as I walked in. The smelled lingered throughout my whole stay. Saw no staff at all around the property and checking in I wasn’t told about anything that was offered at the hotel for example when breakfast is served or where to go to have it. My door had no safe lock on it and overall just disappointed.

Stay was excellent. Room was nice and staff was friendly. Only complaint was the musty smell in the lobby which was also in the room. Would suggest addressing that.

A lot of trouble with the door pass, stupid entrance from front desk, back out the door and into the corridor. Worst of all there w as NO breakfast available. The web site showed a breakfast area, but it was closed. I will never return, or recommend this facility. The check in lady was very helpful, but she was not there in the morning.

Very friendly staff, great security, large rooms, new mattresses.

The hotel room, stay, and staff were fine its ********** I'm unhappy with due to their lack of help regarding combining their giftcards and their misleading info about it on the website
