I had a reservation for 2 nights. When arrived at the hotel we were surprised that we need to go to another place and payed immediately. It was next building but a guest house rooms. So we have payed for hotel but slept in guest house. First day breakfast was with no meat included, only eggs, jam and yellow cheese. Nor discount, nor compensation wes proposed. Very very unpolite.

Good value for money, staff very helpful and buses nearby for Sozopol and Bourgas. Would definitely use accommodation again

Hello, an unacceptable welcome for us to wait for 20 minutes before announcing a so-called air conditioning leak making the room unusable
Proposes a solution in the hotel next door with for the second night sleeping three adults in a double room with a small mattress on the floor
I contacted your site's customer service that same evening but did not hear back that evening or the next morning
Your site offered me a room for the second night 40 km from the city and I therefore had to find another room in the region on my own at a much higher price.
Very disappointed by Hôtel.com customer service for the solutions offered
The A** hotel offered us an evening meal as compensation.
