Check in was great. Pillows were not comfy. Food was good. Had to track worker down to check out. No pool on sight. Have to go to motel next door.

Good stay. Appreciate the room being serviced daily without having to ask. Good breakfast.

When we arrived we were told even though we had a reservation they did not have a room for us. Called the hotel they were supposed to be sending their overflow to. They would not take us either. A room was somehow found for us; which we were thankful for. However the hotel was absolutely freezing! We were on floor 1 right by the side exit which because of the negative temperatures and wind outside the door did not shut. My guess would be no more than 50 degrees inside. Then as we were eating breakfast the fire alarms went off. We just packed and left at that point. Might have had a better stay in warmer weather but I do not recommend this hotel during the colder months due to lack of heat.

I wish I could remember the clerk's name when I checked in. She was so helpful adding a night that I needed unexpectedly. The room was so nice and so quiet.

My wife & I had to clean the bathroom floors and light switch panels on each side of the head board!

This is a convenient hotel when traveling. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly. The general condition is worn and dirty in the public spaces.

A couple of things to think about: please put something in tub so you can’t slip and fix the item which secures the door from opening. It was broke. Other than that, it was fine. Breakfast was great.

Very nice hotel, love the modern updates that make a ton of sense for business travel and long term stays. There were only two downsides. On the property pictures it shows a pool and hot tub, however it does not list either under amenities. If you go on their website however, it says pool not on site, you walk next door and use the Crown Plaza pool. That's where I was originally going to stay, however they said their pool was down and reviews said it had been down for months. This is a bit deceptive and odd, to be honest. Also housekeeping needs a door stop when cleaning rooms, every 30 seconds to 5 minutes the doors were slamming from 8am on. I let the staff know upon check out, not good for people trying to sleep in. Otherwise, a great experience.

Absolutely love the stay! Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, room is fantastic! The only place we will stay in Springfield in the future!

It was nice and clean. a few electric outlets didn’t work. Toilet plumbing was slow and would’ve been nice to have exhaust fan

Was disappointed overall! Sitting chair in room was very uncomfortable and ultimately useless to sit in! Pool was closed for "maintenance" which severely upset the kids and would have completely changed our decision to stay here or not. Breakfast was the final disappointment, horrible selection, sausage tasted like saw dust, and pancake machine broken

No tv service.. no pillow cases.. carpet dirty and in corners.. needs thorough clean and check and reliable staff.. had to wait more than 30 minutes for any available staff for check in.. could be inproved

The breakfast was the best thing, did not like the shower curtain, it needs to be cleaned.
