Breakfast and hot tub are the only 2 things I missed from another hotel in the area.

It was outdated. The shower was not good . The tv was too low and dim. the food at the cafe was inedible. Must and thrown together in a to go box. The staff was great! The bartender was really nice!

I suspect that the location which is close to an airport and a highway is convenient for travelers. If I visit the area again I will stay downtown where there is more to do, see and eat.

The service was great! The manager drove our shuttle and made us feel like family. Great people!

The heat in my room would not work, when went to cut heat on it made a horrible sound and I had to cut the unit on. It was a very cold night, wasn’t going to notify staff to have to switch rooms at midnight. A little disappointed with that- but over all pleased

Always a great experience when staying at a Courtyard, great greetings and the bar staff and patrons always friendly and willing to tell you their travels. I felt welcomed and enjoyed my stay.

Last second hotel stay. The floors are thin so you can hear people walking above you but customer service was good and the airport shuttle service was on time.

Excellent service by the staff. Prompt airport shuttle at 0400 for a 0530 flight out of SGF.

This property is old and tired. Not worth the price we paid. Our room had bubbling areas on the walls from water damage. The bathroom was kind of gross- old with stains in the bathtub. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and a decent restaurant was at least a 10min drive. Nothing within walking distance. The staff were nice, but nothing exceptional. I would not stay here again.

Charged for bottle water after we left. We never touched the water. Charged for parking also when were told it was free.

Building looked nice from the outside but the rooms were worn out and not clean. The fridge didn’t work. The toilet barely flushed and was not clean. There was pee on the outside of the bowl. The floor of the bathtub was broken and soft The water pressure in the shower was very poor There were hairs on the wall of the shower so it was likely not cleaned either. I would not recommend this hotel

I was very disappointed that coffee and breakfast were not included. I feel that if I am paying a higher price for hotel, then these items should be included. Also the coffee pot in the room had to be started three times to get a full cup of coffee. Not sure I will stay at Courtyard again.

Made a last-minute reservation and was happy with our choice. They allowed us to check in early, customer service was outstanding. Our room was very warm when we arrived, so we turned down the air but even after a cool shower and 2 hours, we were still at 76, so we called for help. They immediately changed our room and made it convenient, just a few rooms away. We paid $10 extra for breakfast that was only a bagel, yogurt parfait, and juice, if that would have been explained, we would not have paid the extra. We thought it was breakfast as it had been in our past Courtyard stays.

We were originally scheduled to stay one night on Friday 9/15/23 and fly back home on Saturday but we had a medical emergency and had to extend our stay for 4 additional nights. My husband was in the hospital for 2 days and the staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and supportive to me. The staff at the Bistro were all sweet and kind. The only drawback was the curtain in our room, the sheer privacy curtain was ripped. I mentioned it to a few of the staff and they all stated they knew about it. The room was comfortable and the AC unit was quiet.
