The service is very good for the price. For breakfast, we had everything we needed: croissants, some bread, tomatoes and cucumbers, several kinds of cheese and ham, jams, boiled fish*, yogurt cereal, a coffee machine and a juice machine. Apples and oranges too. The room was spacious and had a balcony. Hair dryer and soap were provided. There was also a refrigerator. Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. Checking out was easy, just put the key in the box. There was a rooftop pool, but it was cold so we didn't use it, but it was a small and cute pool. The only disappointing points were the old facilities and the noise from the construction work nearby. The toilet flush button was broken. It flushed, but there was always the sound of water. The shower head was also a little broken and difficult to use. There was no air conditioning, and it was a little cold at night, not to mention during the day. The worst thing was the noise. There was construction going on in front of us from morning to evening, and we could feel the shaking. In addition, people were making a lot of noise at night, which was quite noisy. (Maybe because it's in the city) Considering the price, I think it was basically a good place to stay.

Great experience! The hotel is super clean and pleasant The rooftop swimming pool is great I can only recommend this hotel and this very good value for money.

We were especially happy choosing Allegro Hotel. The structure is perfectly inserted in the center of San Giuliano. The location is great; a few steps from the Maltese nightlife and the markets. The room was in very good condition, new and modern. The very good breakfast. Having the flight in the evening, the hotel staff kindly gave us the possibility to leave our luggage in the hotel and to come back for a shower before departure. The stay was excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The value for money is super. The location is great, super convenient to getting out into downtown Paceville. The hotel is very clean, the staff very kind. The room was brand new and so was the bathroom. I will definitely choose him again next time I come back to Malta

Amazing

We spent the whole week in the hotel with 25 kids and three teachers. Everything was perfect. The staff were polite and kind to the kids. The food was good and healthy, and the rooms were clean and tidy. I heartily recommend this place for a school trip.

Fantastic- we cannot wait to come again. I contacted the hotel and for a very small fee they would provide tea/coffee/milk/ kettle. These were in our room on arrival. Sonia even bought my daughter a specific breakfast as she has lots of allergies. We cannot be thankful enough for this! The hotel even arranged our transfer to and from the airport- incl child seat so we didn’t have to lug this around the purport! The hotel is Very traditional,warm welcoming- nothing was too much trouble. There is a lift too! The location is central and easily accessible to buses, taxis or walking along the beautiful paths! Sonia on reception is fantastic and communication before our stay was exceptional!

Terrible experience! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. All the staff extremely rude and discourteous. The cleanliness of the room pitiful! For three days they did not clean my bathroom and I had to go to the front desk to inform! Also, even for breakfast ( which I had paid for) they never gave me lactose free and gluten free products ( which I had requested more than once as soon as I arrived l check in and even in the following days). The room handle was broken and could not be opened properly and the air conditioning did not work! The bathroom soap was leaking...in short they don't fix anything! I highly do not recommend!

We stayed at this property yesterday 29th August under the name of Marjorie E to celebrate my friend birthday. In the evening when we are coming back to the hotel there's a lady in reception name Fhera (african lady) asked us which room were staying we told her the room number where we staying and she checked how many people stayed there she found out the reservation is only for 2 people however one of our friend come along with us she informed us in a rude way that our friend is not allowed to go in the room which we understand, with that being said our friend sit in hotel lobby waiting for us to come down from the room. While were heading to our room Fhera from reception still talking to my friend a minute ago my friend called me and telling that this Fhera is asking her to leave in the building and threatening her that she will call police. We don't have any problem with hotel facilities only the rude staff that you have please review the cctv camera on how she talk to my friend date 30th August at around 00:00 hrs. This is first and last to stay in this hotel even we will not recommend this to our friends.
