Pleasant but spoilt by very thin walls (unforgivable) and suprisingly poor quality and old finishes and items, especially in the bathroom

The room does not meet the standard that it is advertised as on the website. The aircon does not work during load shedding and there are no windows, only a door leading into the garden, which has not security, there is no ventilation in the room.

Beautiful guest house a 2 minute walk from the main street filled with restaurants and coffee shops. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the accommodation was secluded, comfortable and secure with easy parking on site. Room well equipped and very comfy beds. Bathroom a little small but manageable. Loungers and towels around the little pool every day for a peaceful few hours between exploring the area. Would very happily book the Rosenberg again if we are back in Stellenbosch.

Nice, Friendly,kind owner, a very quiet and good location close to the center, helpful people work in the b&b. If i should complain on something it should be that it whas smal smal room, but when should go back to Rivierbos because we like it.

Very good location. Attentive staff and good breakfast. Rooms have all the basic needs. Ideal for attending SAS courses and workshops. Walk to Coetzenburg and Stellenbosch cbd. A perfect place for a short stay over or business trip. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to visit Stellenbosch. The center is on walking distance The General Manager us very kind, breakfast is good with everything you need as well as the rooms. I recommend to stay here for sure. Anita / YourTravel Losser - The Netherlands.

We use this place a lot. It's a great location and as parking is a premium in Stellenbosch it is easy to get in and out of the ample sized secured area! Always cozy and clean with the happiest and most helpful staff in Stellenbosch! De Akker pub is a stone's throw away which ticks box number one for me 😎
