the kids really enjoyed staying we loved the pool and whirlpool we’ll definitely be back soon the breakfast was ok waffles and orange juice was so good the receptionist lady on first shift was very nice

Power ***** that TV and coffee pot were plugged into didn’t work. I had to find other plugs for these. A little too much hallway noise in the morning. All else was good. Good breakfast.

The check in process was great! The front desk clerk was amazing. The amount of unattented kids running around the lobby and halls being loud and disrespectful however, was very disappointing. We stayed in a room with a jetted tub...the water was hardly warm and thats unfortunate because that jetted tub is the only reason we came there! The pillows need replacing because they are so flat! Other then that the room was clean and it was at least nice and quiet up in our room!

Decent place for a quick one night stop. Clean and quiet, the bed is super comfortable. Feel a little old, but that is no big deal. The free breakfast is decent and does the job.

It was a very nice stay! The check-in was swift, and the desk gentleman was so warm and friendly. The other staff members were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable. Even though the hotel was fairly to capacity, it was quiet. It was good breakfast with hot food - the service was excellent by keeping the food stocked and the area clean. Thank you for a wonderful evening and morning!

This is the hotel we like when we are in this area. It's always nice, quiet and clean! They have very good breakfast options also.

I was certainly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. My room was very clean and quite comfortable. I had a great workout in the fitness center to start my day, followed by a delicious hot breakfast on the first floor. I highly recommend if a stay is required in Sturtevant, Wi.

The facility is quite dated, but mostly clean. There was a grape juice? stain in the carpet. The desk chair was broken and I basically fell thru the middle. A couple of cabinet doors were loose and wouldnt shut. There were not enough lights, at least for someone with cataracts. A light bulb was out. The outlets were old and plugs fell out easily. They had a Keurig-branded coffeemaker and 4 k-cups of good quality coffee. The headboard trim was coming off. The breakfast was slightly better than average they had sausage links and fried potatoes and scrambled eggs in addition to the usual waffles and cereal. The orange juice was all water, not even up to military standards. The view out the window was the front entrance roof, luckily the light wasnt working or I would have been blinded all night even with the drape closed; and you could see that it had been covered with a very worn plastic tarp held in place by rocks for many many years. The first room I had stank of smoke, and I am pretty sure someone knew this because the bathroom fan was running when I entered; but when I complained about it they gave me a different one that did not stink. The surrounding area is a cluster of hotels in an industrial region. The hotel was quiet even tho I was right next to the elevator. The elevator was slow and the "close door" button was disconnected so you got to look at the lobby a lot.

I am a returning guest and this is my favorite choice for a hotel by far. Everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. The breakfast is delicious with a ton of choices and I also enjoy the soundproof rooms! I will be back again and again. Keep up the great work!

Easy to get to, breakfast was great, the night clerk was super nice and helpful, but the beds were really hard. There was a huge patch of carpet missing in between the beds that definitely needs attention in room 136. The room was clean.
