The price is good and it is recommended. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Suzhou High-tech Zone Gymnasium and it is very convenient to watch the concert. The hotel's underground parking lot is free and there are many parking spaces. The surrounding environment is quiet and friendly to people who don't sleep well. Although there are not many varieties of buffet breakfast, the taste is still very good. Finally, I would like to make a small suggestion. The shower shower feels that the water pressure is small and the fixed interface is loose. I hope it can be improved.

It is an old hotel in the new district with an antique decoration style. The check-in experience was great! Due to a delayed flight, I missed the subway. It was almost 12 o'clock when I took a taxi. The customer service at the front desk was very considerate, warmly said hello for your hard work, checked in quickly, and took the initiative to upgrade the buffet breakfast! The room layout is unique, and the best thing is the restaurant on the first floor! Eating there is a gourmet experience! The transportation nearby is very convenient, and the stay is very cost-effective!

The hotel is in a good location, very convenient to Baima Stream and Dayangshan Botanical Garden. I like the restaurant very much. The soy milk and tofu pudding for breakfast is ground by myself, which is very unique. I would like to praise that the breakfast variety is also good. But the hotel is a bit old. However, I am writing a review today to complain about the hotel's facilities. I don't know if the room assigned to me was bad or if the soundproofing itself was poor. Can you understand the squeaking sound of someone dragging something heavy at ten o'clock in the evening? It’s really better to skip it for people who have poor sleep quality. Can you understand the sudden thought of a huge fan roaring at four o'clock in the middle of the night? In short, I couldn't sleep well, I had a headache, and my experience was immediately deducted. Also, we found out that the basin drain was clogged the night we checked in, and we even asked the master to repair it. It was also difficult to get through to the front desk phone, which made me feel deeply helpless. . . . . . . . . . . . . I gave feedback to the hotel but there was no effective response.

I took the elders out to play during the May Day holiday. Two days before the check-in, Xiao Yang, the hotel staff member, contacted me in advance and told me the health code and itinerary needed for check-in. It also reminded the local weather conditions in Suzhou on the day of check-in. After the check-in, we also helped us bring our luggage to the room, and introduced the scenic spots and places to eat around the hotel in detail. Seeing that there are elders in our room, they also deliberately confessed that the aunt in the room put more towels on the floor to prevent slipping. The room will deliver fresh fruits, the hotel is very quiet, and the independent courtyard can go for a walk at night. The hotel’s breakfast with chicken noodles is highly recommended. Overall, it was a good check-in experience. From no check-in to check-out, Xiao Yang provided warm and meticulous service. Later, Suzhou tourism will choose this one.

I was moved again at the last minute! I was going to the underground garage before leaving, and the elevator leading to the garage was on the upper floor. I saw a tall boy and casually asked: Is there a staircase to go down to the garage? The younger brother said: Follow me! Accompanying me all the way to the garage (because there is an access control, only employees can open it, and taking the elevator leads directly to the garage), I would like to express my gratitude again!
