Ballantyne at Mosman - Serviced Apartments

The location is great and the apartments are a nice size. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine which was great. I liked the area outside surrounded by trees where you can drink your coffee. The bed was so uncomfortable that it gave me a bad back and the bathroom was small and damp. The walls were paper thin so you can hear the conversations of your neighbors.

This is a serviced apartment in a small block situated in a quiet side street adjacent to a ***** of quality convenience shops and cafes. It is a short walk to Mossman high street and a 25 minute walk to the lovely Balmoral beach. Mossman Bay ferry wharf is approximately 10-12 minutes walk away with regular boats to Circular Quay. There is some off-street parking and you can park in the roads nearby but make sure that ll are conversant with the local parking regulations which can be confusing at first. The family that owns this property are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartment itself is quite spacious for two people, well equipped and cleaned regularly. We stayed for over 3 weeks whilst visiting family and found it ideal for our needs. In fact there are very few places in the Mossman that offer the same facilities at a comparable price. A car is not essential depending on the reason for your stay There is no lift and quite a few steps if you are on the upper floors so check first if you have any mobility problems.

Staying at Ballantyne at Mosman was a great experience all round. So easy to book with lovely, friendly, helpful managers in these clean, newly updated, modern apartments in most central location. So convenient to have onsite parking as well as an easy walk to ferry and buses to the city and beaches - best coffee shop across the road! Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

Stayed 2 nights for a family wedding. 3 adults, we arrived after 2, cleaner was still there, sofa bed not made up for 3rd adult. Cleaner was very helpful and got bedding for the sofa bed, once pulled out it still had sheets on there from the previous stay. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Not enough pillows for 3 adults. Had coffee pods but no coffee machine. No milk at all, not even a small one for a hot drink. Wine glasses not clean. Wardrobe was frustrating to get into and was off the track when we arrived. Great location but feel this apartment is overpriced for what it is.

Such a lovely apartment block of just 8 units nestled into the heart of Mosman . Just off the little village of Avenue Rd shops with everything you need at your fingertips or a 5 minute stroll up to Mosman Junction and all the great eateries, supermarkets, etc you need. Walk to Mosman wharf for ferry to town. The zoo is quite near...Balmoral Beach is one of the best spots to visit in Sydney and a lovely walk down the hill and catch bus back up - very regular and marvellous public transport system in this part of Sydney. The apartments are well appointed clean and tidy... very comfortable, air conditioning, washer/dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, hot water jug and coffee pod maker full pots and pans and crockery... no need to bring anything. Management is professional and friendly and eager to assist.

Great accommodation with everything we needed to be warm, comfortable and keep our food budget down! Lovely space surrounded by trees, quiet no noise from neighbouring apartments, except for bin morning on Thursday (I d forgotten about this :-) )! Fabulous location for easy access to the zoo, 10 min walk up to Military Road and convenience of stores just around the corner.

Location was perfect for our needs. Very small for 3 people, wasn't very clean. Paying for the location.

Second time we have stayed at this property, cleanliness of room was much better thal last time we stayed. The grill had been used befor and not cleaned still had oil on it. Bathroom was cleane. Rest of unit good, bed and blankets very comefortable. Would stay again, unit2 a good unit overall. $70 clean fee would be ok if room cleaned properly, oven needs to be cleaned properly each time.
