Dalat Paradise Hotel

Not satisfied - never coming back. All services are too poor (just want to charge more money for guests by supporting room upgrades - even though guests want to keep the old room class), the family stayed for 3 days, had the same breakfast without changing the dishes, very sketchy - poor service, inflexible: when asked for salt to eat fried eggs, answered no, asked for fresh milk to drink coffee, said only soy milk...

Super room but a bit small compared to 3-star standards. The bed is okay, the mattress is not soft. Imitation wood tile floors, however, are not cleaned well. Walking feels very viscous. The toilet floor is tiled but due to not cleaning the floor carefully, it is very slippery. The facilities are quite new but not consistent. There is an underground parking lot for 4-5 cars. Motorbike rental service is available. The location is not far but also not near Da Lat market. Walk about 10 minutes to reach the shore of Xuan Huong Lake. The breakfast buffet has quite a few dishes, it doesn't look like a restaurant like a normal pub, and doesn't deserve 3 stars. The reduced price on the app is acceptable, but the listed price with such quality is not suitable. Room for 2 people but only 1 room card because the hotel lacks a card. If you want to go in or out, you have to ask the receptionist to open it for you.
