The location is between two MRT stations (Zhongshan Elementary School and Minquan West Road). It takes about ten minutes to walk, so it's not too far.
There are various convenience stores, Watsons (24 hours) and Shuangcheng Street Night Market downstairs, so you don't have to worry about running out of daily necessities or having a place to eat late night snacks.
The cleanliness is average. There are cake crumbs left in different places in the room. You have to sort them out yourself, but it is generally comfortable.
There were broken cakes on the benches in the lobby. It seems that some guests didn't clean them up after eating.
