No extra service, just standard. They booked us 60+ on the fourth floor & then told us the elevator was not working! They were booked so nothing could be done. Glad one of us didn’t have a wheelchair! Disappointed in Sleep Inn, I expected a little more friendliness/welcoming. I also booked a non smoking room. When we finally climbed 4 flights of steps due to elevator broken, opened the door to the Room & it smelled smokey & the air conditioner was turned off! It was steaming hot in the room! I won’t be booking at this hotel anymore. Very disappointed Sleep Inn- Frederick, Maryland!!!

Good overall but no fan in restroom which causes humidity issues and walls are somewhat thin.

Rooms are pleasant. Everything but the tv worked, which is not very Important to me, but it might be to others.

There was MOLD in the bathroom and NO HEAT. My daughter is HOGHLY ALLERGIC TO MOLD AND MILDEW!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUPER SAFE, AND UNUSUALLY AFFORDABLE FOR THE PRICE. THAT MANAGER WAS PROFESSIONALLY OUTSTANDING. GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR THE PRICE

Rooms very clean. Breakfast decent. A protein option of bacon, sausage is an addition that comfort inn hotels should consider. That would be my only minor complaint. Other than That very nice stay and excellent customer Service !

It was clean and staff was friendly! Only bad thing, there was blood on the mattress and not a small drop.

The front desk staff were wonderful. The hotel is showing sign of aging but was kept meticulously clean. Easy parking in well lighted areas. Located within walking distance of dining and shopping. Frederick is a beautiful town with a rich history. The downtown has walking paths and has its winter lights with festive boats along Carroll Creek.

I stayed here for one night on my way down to DC for an early morning flight. Room met my needs and it's next door to a Wawa so I was able to grab some quick food before driving down to DC.

This hotel is amazing the Staff is Overly Nice, and very Helpful. Hotel is clean, and spacious. Eric B the receptionist is phenomenal. Goes Above & Beyond!!!!

This is a pleasant budget hotel. The staff is great, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. No frills, but the price is excellent. My only concern - the hotel is tucked away at the very end of a commercial street, half behind a car wash. The lot is well lit, but I was a little anxious parking and walking to the hotel alone after dark. The neighborhood doesn’t seem dangerous and everything was fine. Just something to consider.

They had bed bugs and staff says they can’t do anything manager and staff are inappropriate and never behind the counter also they will charge your card for extra nights so definitely check bank statements

The staff was amazing, next to none, would only come back because of the treatment. but the room was run down, smelled like mold, tiles were broken in the bathroom, and the curtain was also broken. not worth it.
