Location at between 3 train station, can walk to Ximen, NTU hospital and Taipei main station around 10 mins There are family mart nearby walk around 1-2 mins only. The room is smaller than expected, there are no space to open 28” luggage. I have to move a chair to toilet for space to open luggage. But toilet quite big. No bidet There are kid play room that a lot of toys. Staff very nice, friendly and helpful. The free flow snack bar and noodle cup also yummy.

Very convenient location with a relaxing neighborhood. Overall, the hotel is worth your money!

The customer service was great! However do take note that they do not clean your room everyday. However the room is really musky and dirty. Dirty in a sense there were a lot of mold on the carpet- both black and white mold If you are staying for more than a night please reconsider. I left the hotel with a lung infection because of the air inside the room

2nd time staying at this hotel ever since covid and it's still 1 of the best place to stay. There's a snack corner to fulfill my daily indulge and also get to try on different local snacks and cup noodles

Bed is very wobbly. You can feel the movement of your partner in bed. Some rooms have it worse. We could not sleep for hours the first night. Around 4AM, we were fed up and asked for help from the frontdesk. When complaining, the staff would not help at all. They did not believe us and dismissed the problems. We had to angrily convince them to even take a look. After looking, they finally gave in and said we were right. We got another room, but we could not let our sleeping 2 year old sleep in the old room while I moved to the new room to get a couple hours of sleep. The staff made us move all our luggage and the sleeping child to the new room, even if nobody was staying in the used room. The cleaning would be the next day anyway. Very poor service and 0 logic was used. Unfortunate, because the rest was great.

The location is perfect, between Taipei Main station and Ximen MRT Station, close to the Ximen night market as well. Easy to travel around. Pleasant stay.

Not too bad a hotel to stay in. Just that location not so convenient but the hotel provide free snacks!

The service at check-in was excellent. A detailed description of the facility was provided. In addition, ********* snacks distributed free of charge in the lobby were very delicious.

Good location, 5-6min walk to the nearest metro stations. Pantry is stocked up with instant noodles if you are hungry in the middle of the night.

The location is slightly further away from Taipei main station (around 10 mins walk from exit Z10) and didn’t have a lift to get out of the station so that might be a hassle. But there is another station nearby which was more convenient.

Recep area and common space is loungy and look chic. No free bfast but at a charge. free cup noodles and knick knacks up for grabs. Room was a bit small but ok for the price. Location about 10-15 min walk to ximending and taipei main station mainly stayed here for this reason. Nearby family mart and 7 eleven for basic needs or for a short easy snack.

Room slightly small but good enough for one night stay. Free snacks, cup noodles, drinks and entertainment at lobby was a plus. Bed was comfy, service was good. Breakfast spread was good enough. Short walk to Ximending (est 10-15mins). Bakery, restaurants, convenient stalls within 5mins walk.

Good location in between City Hall and ximending mrt. Will be back again to this beautiful places.

Nice place with helpful staff. One little thing is that they will not clean the room every day.
