The hotel was great, and service was polite and helpful, though they didnt speak more than 3 words of English. This is not a typical Hampton Hotel, but an 18 story Hilton property with beatiful comfortable rooms, a gym and a nice buffet (again rare in China for hotel less then $150 a night) BUT, the central heating couldnt be turned off, and I barely slept because it was soooo hot all night, no matter what I tried to do to adjust it; and smoke poured in trhough the heating from guests smoking in nearby rooms (though no smoking is allowed). Lastly, there was construction in the hotel and the concrete jackhammering started about 8am

One of the yogurt gifts on the second day has been poked. It is suspected that the customer did not eat the recycling the day before, and it cannot be done in the future. Also, the TV can't be adjusted (according to the instructions for use), can't be turned off, and finally pull the plug directly. Also, the bed is a bit hard, the network speed is slow and the cable is old.
