I would like to know how many hotel guests would buy express delivery? ? This is also the first time I have encountered this. To order all takeaways and drinks, customers need to go downstairs to the door to get them themselves in the freezing cold! ! During my stay, I went downstairs several times to get meals and caught a cold. The room fee was more than 700 yuan a day, and I was even made sick! This is really very inhumane!

Everything else was fine, but the room was really hot...it was hot even with the cold air on, so I had no choice but to open the window and sleep all night.

This time I saw someone share in the Ctrip community that the Courtyard Hotel was good, so I booked a twin room First let me say that the location of the hotel is in Haitang Building, Pingyang Road, Xiaodian District (the local taxi driver only knows about Haitang Building, but not the Courtyard by Marriott) When I entered the lobby, a waiter helped me pull my suitcase and lead me to the check-in front desk. The waiter has a good attitude Then the waiter led us to the elevator. The elevator needs to swipe the room card (this is very safe) The toilet is TOTO's smart toilet, which is not bad. What is commendable is the shower head, which is comfortable haha. The toiletries are very good (my husband is going to some treasure to buy 😜) I booked a room with breakfast included. The buffet in the morning is Chinese and Western, and there are not many dishes (due to my physical reasons, I didn’t eat much)

I am really glad that I chose this hotel among many hotels. Because it is a family trip, I booked a family room. There is a big bed outside and a separate suite inside. There are single beds, mattresses, pillows, etc. The bedding is very comfortable. The toilets have independent functional partitions. The shower has a lot of water. The toilet is smart and convenient. The central air-conditioning in the room is independent and can be adjusted or switched on and off. It is very user-friendly. There is a bath center and a SPA on the second floor of the hotel. Massage can especially relieve the stress of a day of travel. The room is set with breakfast. The breakfast on the first floor is a buffet with a variety of ingredients and very fresh. The main thing is that the taste is really good. highly recommended

This is the first time I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Taiyuan. Although I only stayed for one night, I was very satisfied from arriving at the hotel to leaving. I would also like to thank the concierge Xiao Wang for his service during my stay!
