Good points: the price is very reasonable; the location is good - very close from the station; the futon was clean and warm; the staff was kind and nice. Bad points: there was a pregnant smell of cigarette in the room; even though I booked a non-smoking room, there was an ash tray in the room indicating that smoking was probably allowed; the shampoo provided as amenity was not very good; the a**osphere on the hallways of the hotel was a bit dark. Things which were different between what I read in the hotel description on the site and reality: the natural hot springs are not part of the hotel, you have to walk to another facility by yourself to get there; internet access is not free of charge; the hotel description says that there are complimentary coffee and rice balls, however, there was only complimentary green tea in the room; even though the hotel has the tag "non-smoking in all rooms", there is a pregnant smell of cigarette in the room and there is also an ash tray in the room which indicates that smoking is probably allowed.

Old room and no washlet

The room was spacious enough for one person and the front desk staff was friendly.

I made a reservation, but they didn't take it.

There is mold growing in the bathroom and the ceiling of the room, but if you just want to sleep, the bedding is clean, so I don't think it will be a problem.

There were many complaints about the facilities, such as the toilet not stopping, the door handle coming off, and the walls, floor, and sofa being full of dirt, but the people at the front desk were very responsive. It was also convenient that the station and large Aeon store were nearby.

The location near the station was good. The switch in the refrigerator was broken.

The location is 7 minutes from Takasaki Station. 5 minutes from Aeon Mall. The neighborhood was quiet and the hotel was also quiet. It's just that the sofa is stained. The duvet cover keeps coming apart. The facilities are clearly outdated. Only the location is good.

The room provided today was comfortable without any particular inconveniences. The last room had a bad water supply, but this time I was able to use the shower to my heart's content. Also, I would like to use it.

The water circulation was not good. It was a pity that I could not use the shower without hesitation because the drainage of the bath was bad. WIF I was fast and very comfortable.

It was bigger than I expected, and there was a microwave oven at the entrance, which was convenient.

I struggled to take a shower with hot water coming out all the time. The bathroom also smelled of germs. The bed was very clean and I was satisfied, but it was a smoking room even though I had originally reserved a non-smoking room.

I stayed there for a cheap price.
