Fantastic property; welcoming, professional staff; great room w/ outdoor shower and awesome view. Nitpicking here…. Bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were massive and our necks are both stiff/sore today. Everything else great. Will stay again, but bring our own pillows.

This place is pure Tucson. Such lovely grounds, beautiful views, relaxing pools, and the nicest staff ever! We loved that this place has so much history (a girls’ boarding school and a movie star getaway) and that so much of the original structure and architecture has been maintained and restored. We stayed in the Bing Crosby room which is in the older part of the hotel and loved it! This is so much more charming and personal than some of the more “overwhelming” Tucson resorts. Highly recommend it!

We were put in unit 5 which is a historic room. The pictures do not represent what the room is like. There are only to small windows and a screen door all of which did not work to get airflow in the unit. The small patio is right next to an AC unit. The staff was friendly trying to help but in the end they simply up charged us to move to a suite. They had no intention of giving us the new room at our old rate.

Enjoyed the new units and pool. Staff is top notch. The room was quite dusty when we occupied. Much better on day 2 after the cleaners were in

A beautiful historic property with beautiful grounds and incredible staff. The excellent spa and eclectic gift shop are superb bonuses.

Staff is truly exceptional! Grounds are amazing. Location is great forget you are in the city but everything is conveniently located.

Great hotel and grounds. The views as well as the grounds are worth "the price of admission".

The rooms were unique and very Tucson style. They were quiet. You didn't really notice the other quests. The one restaurant we went to was really good. Prices were about what you'd expect for a resort, but tasted amazing. There's plenty around if you don't want to eat there. We love Tucson because it's such a small town feel with all the amenities of a big city. You can find mom and pop shops and big chains. Lots of shopping and entertaining to go around. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda del Sol!

I gifted my daughter and son-in-law a Christmas date without small children. They had a marvelous massage, a delicious dinner and a great night's sleep. They enjoyed a leisurely breakfast before heading back home. My son-in-law said it was a great Christmas gift.

This is a wonderful hotel. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. The Bar staff and happy hour were superb! Our only suggestions: put a small microwave in the room for heating up the coffee and making tea. The bathroom needed a hook on the door. The portion sizes at the grill prime rib night were large (and expensive.). Please allow guests to share the entre, for an additional fee, so that this extra food isn’t wasted.

Absolutely beautiful property and rooms- it would be hard to find any faults

We stayed at Hacienda del Sol to celebrate our anniversary, and it was the perfect choice. The rooms were incredible, large and nicely decorated with a balcony and a great Mountain View. Each pool area had a heated pool and spa. Sunday brunch at the grill is a must.

Beautiful property. Staff well trained in hospitality! And I can be a tough customer! Lovely stay and we will return.
