Though is not a neatly built and refined resort hotel, every guests can enjoy gorgeous private onsen. I appreciate such exclusive moment only here.

Very Good

The room was spacious and spacious, making it very comfortable. The free-flowing hot springs in the observation bath in the room were very nice. The only amenities are the provided shampoo set, towel set, and toothbrush, so you need to bring your own, but Samue and tanzen are provided, and the room comes with a hot spring bath, so I think the price is very reasonable. Dinner will be prepared for you if you make a reservation in advance. There were quite a few people staying multiple nights, so I'd like to plan on staying multiple nights next time. Although there were no Japanese staff, I was able to spend a comfortable time without any problems with polite customer service.

The whole place is too shabby, the shower and hot spring rooms are too dirty, and the ceiling is leaking If you plan to go to Kamikochi, it is not close, and you will need to drive more than 1 hour to get to Kamikochi attractions.

It is a hotel with hot springs and a hotel that is a candidate for repeated purposes because it is a hotel with a private room and a reasonable price. 2 double beds in a large room of 70m2, a room with free-flowing hot springs, and a semi-open-air bath if you open the window. There are pet sugar and coffee cups in the amenities, but there is no tea or drip coffee, so you need to bring your own. Breakfast is Japanese food + free coffee and tea There were 3 groups of inbound customers and 3 groups of domestic customers.

1. Bedroom: It’s HUGE by Japanese standard. Good enough for a comfortable rest. I did notice that the housekeeping staff didn’t refill the tea in the room which was kinda weird 2. Bathroom/Onsen: the very reason you stay here: Private onsen. Got three big bottles of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner inside. Toilet’s located separately on different room. For a room that constantly gets overwhelmed by sulphur traces, the bathroom is well-maintained. It doesn’t take away the relaxing good experience with the hot spring 3. Breakfast: pretty basic. The kitchen seems to rotate it from Japanese to Western breakfast, if you stay more than one night. Don’t expect fancy meals. It’s also not buffet style but good enough to fill your stomach. 4. Wifi: works great 5. Location: Kinda far from the town centre. You need a vehicle to get to the hotel. Parking is free. 6. Things to know: this is an onsen town. However, if you are looking for a hotel with exclusive onsen access inside guest bedroom; this is the one. The nature’s view from the restaurant is also breathtaking

The surrounding environment is desolate. The appearance of the hotel is mysterious. The interior is also mysterious. The minimum necessary equipment such as coffee makers, massagers, and ice machines in the free space is mostly self-service. Most of the staff are Nepalese. There is no problem with Japanese, but the spirit of service and hospitality is the minimum level. There are several people who have a strong body odor peculiar to foreigners. The Japanese in the reviews posted on each site is strange. Perhaps relatives and staff have raised reviews. Don't expect dinner at all. There are several small bowls that are ton*****an, but they are mysteriously seasoned by foreigners in a Japanese style. Honestly nothing delicious. The bath in the room is a large enough cypress bath, but it feels like it hasn't been cleaned. There is a feeling that the inadequate cleaning is deceived by Yunohana. The room is spacious enough, but the layout is also mysterious. There are many places where you can endure because it is cheap. A view from the terrace. The starry sky on the terrace at night is overwhelming! ! Facilities are good for the price.
