Decent over night stay. Hotel
Is older but was clean. Room lay out was excellent. Beds were average. Not the worst but certainly not the best hotel bed I have ever slept on.

I will not stay here again! No towels. Very large bugs! Had to go to ***** the bed ourselves and bag it and go down and retrieve our own replacements. The beds were the worse beds I have ever slept in. We woke every day hurting. The breakfast was not very good. The staff was not very customer friendly. I expect hotels to have towels so we can shower. I expect the replacement sheets, comfoter, pillows, towels, trash bags whatever is needed to atleast be offered to be brought to the room and not be told that i can come down get a trask bag take it back up stairs and put the bedding in the bag bring it back down and pick up new bedding. I have never been treated so poorly in a hotel before. The hotel smells and the interior is run down the stairs are missing pieces. They have glade plug ins all over to mask the smell but it isnt working. I wont tell anyone what to do however, I will say if your gonna stay here ya best bring your own towels. Dont expect good service. Brjng a mattress topper. Well, just good luck.

The room was quite nice - plenty of room, very quiet, very comfortable.
Did not find the front desk staff very personable.

Standard and basic. No complaints but nothing above average or special either. Breakfast was slightly below average.

Staff was very nice. As for the room, there was hair in the bathtub and the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were already open and half used

The staff here were very helpful and very accomodating. The carpet could have been updated but our room had plenty of space and was well maintained.

Check in was smooth but it went downhill from there. Guests were too loud and late at night and early morning. Vomit in the elevator and in the room I was in, the tub did not drain properly. It took a long time to drain and the shower seat was broken. It was leaning against the wall. It was a handicap room. I could not rest. This was my last stay at this establishment. The location is convenient to the interstate and shopping but I will sacrifice a drive for a peaceful stay

If your you g to allow guest to smoke or bring pets in rooms at least clean thoroughly . I had to go buy cleaning supplies just to be able to walk on the floors and clean the room. I took the dirty rags to the front desk the young lady acted as if she didn’t care.

The person who did check in was too friendly and stereotyped me after doing a check in. I will be contacting corporate about the situation. The overall experience was great at the property. Other staff members was very polite and nice.
