The place is in the center with decent breakfast there was some confusion with reservation and the management did not resolve it

Very nice Place to stay with family, also it’s in they middle of everything around the city,

This 4-star hotel is definitely a perfect choice. It’s pretty near the old town and everything is so wonderful!

Nice hotel, great location. You have to pay separately for using the sauna.

We had a good experience overall with friendly and proffesional staff, good cleaning and a breakfast with everything you would expect. I would have appreciated better coffee at the breakfast (the machine coffee was very bitter), as well as perfumed shower gel instead of one with no scent which felt unnessecaroly dull. Other than that, we had a great experience at the hotel, which was within walking distance to everywhere we wished to go during our stay.

Amazing hotel for the price, a really good location walkable to Old Town, bathrooms are clean and has heated floors, bed and pillows are really comfortable, really friendly and helpful staff, it basically has everything you need.

Second time staying here at L’Ermitage. The staff are always friendly, the rooms and facilities are always spotless and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. This hotel has a great location, which has good transport links for getting around the city. Hotel is easily reached from Tallinn Airport, the number 2 bus runs every 20 minutes and takes about 15 minutes to the terminal costing just €2. Hotel is in a great location for exploring the Old Town by foot with many of the Old Towns attractions less than a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

I had an extremely tranquil studio room on top floor, with a big opening window to allow the beautiful autumn weather in , plus a great view . Room had a fridge! Very rare these days and vital if guests are staying for more than a few days , like me . Staff were outstanding at this hotel. Always friendly and ready to help with any request , and went out of their way to find a perfect room for me with a medical condition. Also room was ready well before usual check in time , a bonus when I was transferring from another hotel nearby . .

Excellent hotel, good value. Had a weird interaction with staff though. We checked in and they told us about the breakfast, so we assumed it was included in our package. We showed up for breakfast, and as soon as we'd put food on our plates a staff member approached us demanding to know our room number, as though we were trespassing. They rather rudely informed us that breakfast was not included in our package, and she would make sure it was added to our bill.. cool. Seems a weird way to treat guests, but fair enough, I guess we were on our way to a free breakfast. Otherwise, recommended.

A very expensive room for a very average room and stay. Not overly friendly welcome, card declined three times so we agreed I’d try it in the morning. Following morning I’m told they don’t take Amex! Struggled to get an attention at breakfast to get assistance with coffee machine. Room was small and very hot with not even a bottle of water available.

A good hotel situated at the city's edge - ideal for those who prefer a quieter vibe. The rooms are good, providing all basic comforts. The breakfast area is on the smaller side and tends to get busy, making morning meals a bit of a hustle. The hotel delivers a satisfactory experience overall for its location and value, except for the breakfast. On-site parking available for a fee.
