Hotel Alba Tampa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton Reviews

This is a great hotel. I feel like she earned more than five stars because the setup is being designed uniquely to be different from other hotels. The room is greatly big to feed a coupleand very neatly clean. And well designed.

Pleasant stay, very close to everything

When I checked in, I changed the room twice before I was satisfied. The staff at the front desk were very patient. It is convenient to travel. It is near Tampa Airport. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Clearwater Bay or St. Petersburg (the parking fee is only 15 dollars no matter how many nights you stay by car). The room facilities are a bit ordinary, and the sanitary conditions are also ordinary (when I checked in and changed rooms, it was because there was hair in the bathtub in one of the rooms).

The room was great . Clean , except the carpet on the floors , kinda smelly . My room was overlooked for housekeeping on one day , I got a little something for the inconvenience . Overall it’s a great hotel including the staff

The staff was incredible.. unfortunately the room above us was noisy every evening, also the rooms didn’t have a microwave or fridge

We stayed at the Alba for our daughter's birthday. It was truly a wonderful experience. We told them it was her birthday and they really went beyond making our stay even better. We will be staying there again. My only request would be to have a microwave in the rooms other than the cabanas.

When we checked in for my birthday, Kiara and manny were amazing. Kiara comped our breakfast and parking and even gave us a free upgrade on the room. They even comped my parents breakfast and parking. The room was amazing. The outside bar was a bit pricey but Sylvia made the experience amazing out there. Would definitely come back again.

The customer service was awesome & the hotel was beautiful! Our room was a bit smaller than pictured on ******* & The area around the hotel was not as pretty and inviting as pictured, but it was a very nice, clean hotel with great customer service!

Absolutely loved this property. And the service was excellent at the bar and front desk. Only thing I would change is having to check out so early. Even when requested late check out, only got an hour and then $75 charge after that for another hour. Just didn't work well with a later flight. An exception would have made stay perfection but it was still pretty close.

The room was really dark and only had side lights and the bathroom was very small, there was water on the floor which was leaking from the fridge which I slipped on and fell.

It's in a great area close to the airport. The property was a bit noisy and the dining options were limited, expensive, and mid-quality. However, the amenities and bars were very good.

The indoor restaurant (The Spaniard) was lovely to have brunch and the service was fantastic. My room was clean and the front desk answered any questions and was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay. I also loved the shuttle service and convenient location for my needs. The only gripe I have is I wish I had time during my stay to enjoy the outdoor pool!

The moment we arrived the bellman was helpful. The front desk was even more helpful and explained all the dining options on property and where everything was located on the property. We had a 1 king bed suite and hands down it was one of the best rooms we have stayed in. Everything was clean, no issues at all. Housekeeping came in and changed out our towels and cleaned the room without us asking as well.
