Good location m clean room ,nice staff and definitely gorgeous view.

The bottom floor is a garage, parking is free. We were upstairs and the room was clean and tidy. It's not far from anywhere and the kitchen is nice for cooking. You can see the lake, very close. Clean and hygienic.

This hotel is in a great location, with a beautiful view from the balcony, complete facilities, and clean and tidy facilities. If it weren't for the road construction in front of the door, the room rate would probably be more expensive.

In addition to being a little farther away from the town, it actually takes about 15 minutes to walk. Everything else is fine. Front desk service, environment, facilities, etc. are all good.

9.5/10 - Great stay. Amazing view out the front door, great location 10 min walk to downtown but slightly removed from noise and traffic. Mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, nice shower, AC.

Spotlessly clean unit with comfortable bed and all the essentials for a short stay. Good sized bathroom with a decent shower and a bath. Nice views from the communal outside area and walkable into town either via the main road or along the lakeside path. Currently there are roadworks on Frankton Road and this went on to very late one night of my stay which did disturb the sleep a bit, obviously totally out of the control of the property. Also unless you are in the very end unit there’s not much privacy if your curtains are open as people need to walk past the large windows or may be sitting right outside. I would say this motel is a really good option if you don’t want to be right in the very centre of town, it’s an easy drive from the airport and the facilities are good.

The view was on side of property not face to the lake but it is still good, walking distance to park and town which is great.

Short walk to the main waterfront at Queenstown. Really clean, spacious modern rooms. Roadworks happening on the main road that blocks the entrance to the property, but it’s no big deal, there’s an alternative way in that goes straight to the car park. Didn’t hear any noise from the roadworks before about 8am.

Great place. We enjoyed our 3 night stay there. We would happily stay there when we return to Queenstown.

Another great stay for a week in paradise, room was clean, warm and close to everything I needed to make this another great trip in the snow.

Didn’t like the shower ,all of a sudden ,go very hot
