Changsha North Star International Hotel

We booked a lake view twin room. The customer service lady upgraded us to a premium twin room because we were with our kids. From the door to the front desk to the room service, they were all very nice. They greeted us with a smile all the way. The Hunan cuisine on the underground floor tasted very good. We lived on the 29th floor. The view and location were quite good. It was clean and hygienic. We stayed for two nights. The overall feeling was great. I would still choose this place if I come to Changsha again next time.

Beichen Guohui is really cost-effective. No matter in terms of service, environment, facilities and equipment, I am very satisfied with every point, especially Xiao Yao from the guest service center. She called in advance before check-in to ask about personal preferences, and answered all my questions after adding WeChat. It was a very satisfactory stay experience.

Before coming to Changsha, I compared various hotel guides and selected Meixihu Jinmao Select, Beichen Guohui and JW Marriott. Finally, I chose Guohui. After three nights of stay, I can only say that I am very glad for the choice at that time: 1) The location is next to the three halls and one hall, with a direct high-rise river view, and the lights are very beautiful at night; it is very convenient to walk to Joy City, Beichen Delta Metro Station, the three halls and one hall/pier, within 10 minutes; it is also easy to call a taxi, and there is basically no traffic around. 2) In terms of facilities, the standard double wash basin is a plus, the dynamic line design is reasonable, the decoration style is simple and atmospheric without exaggeration, the materials of disposable items are good, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. 3) The breakfast is very good, with a rich combination of Chinese and Western choices, and they are all delicious, especially the wonton and rice noodle soup base, which is really great. Unfortunately, I can't eat spicy food due to gastroenteritis. I have relied on the hotel's breakfast these days, and the non-spicy ones are all very well made. 4) From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt that the management paid attention to service and details. When the driver stopped outside the hotel, the staff who were patrolling came over to help with the luggage. We would like to thank Wang Dong Stone for upgrading the high-rise room with a better river view when we checked in. When we learned that our little friend had a nosebleed due to the dry weather, we immediately arranged a humidifier and turned on the air conditioner for our room. When we left, we also gave our little friend a plush doll. We responded and solved any inquiries and needs in the first time, which was very helpful. We booked the Ctrip package, which was really cost-effective. We will choose this place next time we come to Changsha.

The room was clean and tidy, and generally speaking it was quite comfortable. During my stay, I guess there were celebrities staying there. I saw many fans waiting in the lobby from evening to morning. However, the order of the hotel was not affected, and the security was still quite good. The river view room was very comfortable and had a good view

I will definitely choose here next time! I used to think that the service of Macau hotels was good, and there is a more harmonious feeling here! Overall, I am very satisfied with the environment and service. Thanks to the lobby brother for helping me borrow a computer, which solved my urgent need. I am very grateful. I guess because I booked early, the price-performance ratio is still very high. Next time I go to Changsha, I will give priority to this hotel.
