A beautiful gem of a riad within a 5-10 minute walk of the Grand Socco. Everyone was so wonderfully warm and friendly and made us feel right at home. We stayed in the beautiful garden room which I would absolutely recommend - it was like staying in an elegant green house with a very comfortable bed. There is a stunningly beautiful pool in the garden which creates this calm oasis in the middle of the city to come back to. Also be sure to check out the rooftop to sit and look over the city and sip mint tea. Breakfast was a delicious spread of homemade breads and pastries and lots of fresh fruit and yogurts, and custards. We also had dinner one night at the hotel and had a scrumptious lamb Tajine! Make sure to book a hammam - they have a beautiful traditional hammam in the riad and a really lovely woman who does the scrub!

Firstly, I would like to apologise for how long it has taken me to write this review… life has ran away with me since returning home! The hotel is in a great location - just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the Kasbah. The staff are all so friendly and were so helpful when booking transfers & excursions. We ate breakfast here every morning and it was delicious! We had so many lovely evenings playing uno in the lounge!

Gorgeous Riad ! Beautiful tastefully decorated with attention to every detail . We all did appreciate the owners generous hospitality and felt the riad was luxurious and special to stay in . The breakfast is delicious , the rooftop views awesome .

This is a very lovely hotel on a quiet street. The rooms are stylish and the community space is spacious and beautifully decorated. It's like relaxing in your livingroom at home. They have a beautiful garden but it was a bit cool so we didn't use the patios. We were tired of eating out on the street so decided to dine in. The dinner was excellent and we finished our wine and desert by the cozy fire. Their breakfast buffet was the best we had on the trip. Our room was nicely decorated but small. We would recommend reserving a more spacious room.

What a lovely gem of a place to stay. Great location, beautiful gardens, fabulous authentic bedroom. We ate both nights we stayed at the hotel and food was great. We felt so welcome and relaxed. A big thank you to Mohammed who carried our multiple suitcases to our room and looked after us so well. Two nights was not enough and really didn’t want to leave. We wish we had tried the breakfast as it looked amazing but we didn’t have time. We fully recommend staying here and can’t wait to go back. 110% for the food, service, location, ambiance

I spent 1 night here. Overall it was ok, but far from great. Its located about a 10 minute walk from the west side of the souk/medina. My room was clean, although a bit cramped & tired. Wifi worked well. Now for the problems: 1) Parking was supposed to be free. Its listed as free on Tripadvisor and also in Agoda (where I made the booking). However at checkout they charged 3 euro, and insisted that its never free, even after my objection. 2) Breakfast is 100 DH, which was well documented. The problem is that its a very small buffet, and not at all worth what they charge (especially when its similar to many other hotels where breakfast is included for free) 3) About a week before arriving, I got a strange message from the hotel demanding that I resubmit my card details via a 3rd party website, or they would cancel my booking. Apparently their booking management account was hacked. It was sorted out after I reported them to Agoda, but I could have done without this drama. Not sure I would return when the negatives outweigh the positives.

There are not enough words to describe what an amazing experience we had here! It’s truly nothing short of excellent on all levels. First and foremost this place is stunning. Beautifully decorated and the pool and garden area look like something out of a movie. Secondly the food is delicious. We had the pleasure of having dinner here one night as well as breakfast all mornings of our stay and everything is top notch. The chef has great talent! Last but certainly not least is the staff- they’re all wonderful. Kind, attentive, and provided excellent service our entire stay. Everything about their service felt personalized, they truly take notice of your needs and tend to everything with professionalism and courtesy. It’s true what the other reviews say- it does feel like home here. The hotel and rooms are clean, beds are comfortable…I just can’t say enough good things. I would come back to Tangier just to stay here. Thank you Valerie and all your staff for your hospitality and kindness!

A wonderful place to stay. The ‘manager’ was delightful and all of the staff were charming. It was more like staying in someone’s home. And a splendid home it is! Great location - a short walk to all of the ‘historic’ sites and only 10mins to the Harbour - with its beaches and modern hotels.

While the main building looks nice we were put in the garden room. Down multiple flights of outdoor steps by the pool. We were not able to check in on time since they were removing a large tree from just outside our room. We got in the room after dinner and found it very unacceptable. The smell of earth from the tree removal was bad. The room is set up like a greenhouse with floor through roof windows covered in bird poop. Inside were spider webs. We asked for another room but they said they were booked. It was too late to change hotels. Perhaps other rooms are better. Area is close to Medina but a sketchy homeless area nearby.
