Stayed here in August along with my partner. What can I say, the place is suggestive and completely immersed in nature. Among the merits are also the friendliness of the staff and the presence of the wellness center. The quality of this center is not excellent for the price paid, the same thing can be said for the restaurant service (it seems excessive to pay 8 euros for a fruit basket). The pool is beautiful even if very small, more accessible to children than to adults, this explains its very high presence. Overall a good structure, more for families than for couples looking for a pleasant relaxation.

I have been with friends for dinner at the restaurant and there has been no compliance by the staff with the anti-covid safety rules even in a period of increase in infections. The waiters who set up and served the dishes did not have masks, the lady who made us pay at the cashier while I gave her the card ate cherries in front of me licking her fingers and touching my things: a completely rude behavior. The food is passable, nothing great for the high price they charge. The place is nice but poorly managed. The sommelier also does not bring the wine list and does not explain anything, his role practically non-existent. But at least it's cool.

Had dinner in company. Nice, rustic but well maintained restaurant. Rich menu and good service. Very good rib, the only drawback that it should be served on a lava stone to keep the meat warm. Fairly well stocked wine list. For those who wish there is also a very nice little spa.

Nice environment. But that's the only positive thing. Meat-based dinner. Fiorentina not good, stringy, tough meat. Service not up to par. The waiter brought the hot dishes and passed them around without warning, but this goes without saying, when one of the people clearly pointed out that they were hot, the waiter, instead of apologizing, made a joke and started laughing... at the end we asked for desserts and among these we asked for a tiramisu, the waitress went into the kitchen and came back saying that they were finished. After 30 minutes, as we got up we noticed how our table neighbors were eating tiramisu. We pointed this out to the waitress who apologized saying she was wrong. Final price expensive for what was eaten. I hope the review serves as a reflection on the part of the managers. That's not how it goes.

One Sunday in October my girlfriend and I decide to have lunch in this restaurant, we order 2 appetizers (snails and courgette flowers), and second course a steak of about 1 kg with a bottle of Pinot Noir for € 30. Appetizers ok but nothing exceptional, at the time of the arrival of the rib that we had asked for the blood arrives well cooked, we pointed it out to the waitress and apologizing he said that he would have redone it immediately .. the side dishes were now on the table and they are cold until the second rib arrives .. Small detail: the first rib was shown to us before cooking, the second, the correct one, arrived directly and it was clear that it was not like the other, so much so that we barely eaten 4 slices of meat each .. also the meat is served on a wooden board and if you are not quick to eat you get cold immediately, luck that it was little we have to say. In this restaurant then there are special laws I think, the owner would go around and take orders at the tables completely without a mask, you don't even have to keep it as a gag as we have seen some waiters do .. This is not a question of being fussy, but then everyone Are restaurateurs who observe the laws fools? In any case, after what can be defined as a short rib, we wanted to order a dessert but since we waited for someone for about 20 minutes with the dirty dishes still on the table we decide to get up and leave now resigned .. To the lady who made the bill we pointed out the fact of the mask and do you know his answer? "Eh but I do 2 or three tampons a day", (from the series what do you want from me) after this silence because it did not even deserve an answer .. total of € 139 for a really sad lunch and service. With this money you can go to another 1000 better places and with another level of seriousness.

Ho soggiornato qualche giorno in questa struttura che ho trovato molto carina, ordinata, personale proprio gentile e buona la colazione. Ho avuto anche modo di cenare ai Cadelach e la location del ristorante è proprio bella, cucina buona tra cui vorrei menzionare un'ottima tartare. Lo consiglio!
