I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Everything was just perfect. We travel a lot and rarely stay anywhere that makes me as happy as this one did. Lovely hosts, excellent, spotless room, serviced to a very high standard everyday (must be one of the few hotels still doing this), lots of clean towels, warm pool, thermal hot tub, very reasonably priced guest laundry and fantastic lake views. Just go there. You won’t be sorry.

Really nice place. We had our fair share of bad motels in New Zealand but this one was really nice and clean. The owners were also very friendly and helpful. For us the only downside was that we didn’t book a room with a view. We know for next time because the view there is amazing. We still had a lovely stay and we particularly liked the warm pool and hot spa. Also the area around the pool was very well laid out. I would definitely come again.

One bedroom apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities and equipment. On site laundry facility very good. Staff helpful. The apartment is compact but well serviced and quite. Thing to watch, parking under rooms tight for space if you have a SUV, care needs to be taken when parking. Motel backs on to the lake, good access but beware it's 30 minutes walk to the town centre and the restaurants

Our studio room was extremely spacious with the most comfortable bed. We had a spa bath with a shower over it, which was a great option. The pool was a welcome relief in the afternoon as well as in the evening as it is heated. If you hop in the lake first and then the pool, which is what we did, then you'll definitely make the most of it. Most importantly, the hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating. I would 100 percent recommend this as a beautiful place to stay if you are passing through Taupo. We'll definitely be back.

We loved this gorgeous hotel steps from Lake Taupo. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could wish for, including a well stocked kitchenette and a luxurious spa tub. The outdoor pool and spa area was beautiful, and there were ample robes and beach towels. We appreciated the free parking and the amazing view of the lake from our room. Above all, our hosts at reception were as warm and kind and welcoming as can be. We highly recommend this wonderful resort!

Lovely apartment overlooking the pool. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Loved the heated swimming pool and the hot pool. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Located adjacent to Lake Taupo and a few minutes drive from Taupo itself. The Edgewater restaurnat was recommended by our hosts and we enjoyed a good meal there, it's about 5 minutes walk away.

Nice enough motel, good views of lake and mountains from our room which was large with attractive furnishings. Downside was lack of cleanliness - toilet seat had urine on it as did toilet rim. There were two lots of hair in the spa bath. So once we had got over that bit of yuck we enjoyed our stay.

WOW!!! what a great place from the minute we got there we were greeted with great service especially the lady at reception she was so lovely and took the time with the kids was a great first impression, when we arrived to the apartment we were amazed at the lovely house with a view is was so nice and clean we had a massive kitchen and lounge which was great as we use that area the most and don’t get me started on the pool area it was so nice we had so much fun in there and it was the perfect temperature not to hot not to cold me and my family had such an amazing time and will definitely be staying again, from a teens point of view this is one of the best places to stay with the most amazing managers.

Lovely place with very friendly hosts. Our room was clean and well serviced with the most wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows! The pool looked small but in fact was perfect - loved the warmth and that of the spa. An easy walk to town along the lakefront - most enjoyable.
