Overall just a good basic hotel , nothing over the top.

Nothing fancy. Clean enough. Comfortable beds. Very convenient to Port of Galveston. Reasonable price. I’ve stayed here several times before and will again.

The elevator sounded like it was going to collapse every time we used it. The room wasn’t cleaned very well & I had to clean it myself. I tried using the hair dryer but it had some hair and thick substance around the handle and carrier on the wall. I cleaned it off & the dryer didn’t work. The AC worked very well so it was a plus. If you need a quick stay & the quality doesn’t matter then I say it’s fine. I just will not be staying here again.

Room was clean, but a bit stuffy. I can tell that some updates have been done, but pealing paint in the bathroom and marks on the walls around the small holes didn’t look good.
