There is roaches, cigarette burn holes in blanket, and breakfast is advertised but its just a dispenser with Cherrios. Oh I woke up this morning and the lights didn’t work. The rate at this location needs to be reduced.

Had a wonderful experience with staff, etc. Bed was a little uncomfortable but other then that no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

I reserved a king size bed, upon check in the room i was given had a small, full size bed. When i returned to the front desk they acted surprised that my room didn't have a king bed and i was told they didn't have any other king beds available. The room was unsafe, the door didn't lock every time we went in or out. My room was on the first floor and the window was broken. There were strange holes in the floor. It was very loud, i could hear activity on both sides of my room and above my room as well. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel or this location for anyone.

Staff here are needs more training, they don’t communicate between shifts making behind desk mistakes your problem and interrupting your stay at their convenience.

Always friendly staff, convenient restaurant options close by and great views. A big thanks to the GM and the staff for making our stay and our fur babies welcoming. Waaaay better than the property in Oak Creek
