Hotel staff was friendly and responsive to raised concerns. The bathroom is in dire need of repairs / upgrades. No closet hanger, no real amenities. Damaged bathroom door. Was great to be within walking distance of TGI Fridays and Waffle House

Im glad it was just one night. If all u need is a place to sleep and shower its fine. They need a rack to hang clothes in the closet space and for outlets not to hang out of the walls.

Some of the staff was rude. There was a no visitor rule. I wasn’t even allowed to wait inside for my Uber after checking out.

We did not stay because the room was dirty and the sheets were stained. Disgusting excuse for a hotel.

Decent room for the price. Clean but obviously old, tv had lines but Im not here for tv so no biggie. Bathroom-toilet seat was LOOSE, glad lid was down before I sat & slid off, bathtub is SLIPPERY, a fall & lawsuit waiting to happen, BUT they have the curved currain rod ao kidos for that!
I dont think the exterior door, the BACK door, latched properly at all, so safety issue there too.

I thought there were recent upgrades made to this property. However, it is the worst facility I have ever spent the night I’m during the past 30 years. The same was absolutely horrible, the A/C did not work. The telephone nor the television worked at all. The location is convenient. I do believe a refund is in order for this experience. Thank you so much!

The property is a bit dated but it was very clean and quiet. Room was spacious. I had trouble with the toilet in my room and maintenance came to fix it immediately. Would stay here again.
