Everything was perfect with the room. Well maintained and in pristine condition, gives you a feeling of luxury. The breakfast had a really good variety of both Chinese and some Western options.
Only major issue was the staff and their complete inability to communicate in English with foreign visitors. We went during offseason and there were barely any guests when we stayed there. The Italian restaurant (as per their own signage oh the restaurant), didn’t serve any Italian food and had a very basic menu of Chinese dishes. The staff didn’t want to serve us at the main restaurant due to corporate commitments there, and we were left with no choice to dine in at partially operating restaurant (we were the only ones there).

This is a empty lavish hotel, it looks like a palace but nothing for comfortable living. They can’t even number the rooms in sequence, no fork and knife for meals, nicely displayed Starbucks dispenser but no cup available, etc. No value for expensive room rates.

位置好，停車方便。整個酒店度假區面積很大，環境優美，酒店裡裡外外的裝潢很氣派，雖然開業年頭不短了，但各方面維護得都不錯，可以看出當年的豪華和用心程度。所有的工作人員無論是前台、温泉、餐廳、各個中心等等都非常專業、真誠、熱情而且貼心。入住房間很大，衞生乾淨，設施雖不算很新但維護得很好，唯一不足的是窗簾有些透光，晚上外面的燈光能透過窗簾再透過磨砂玻璃門照進卧室。附贈的温泉體驗很好，室內外很多種温泉池，温度適中，晚上氛圍也很好，安靜愜意。

我們選的是，無限次2大1小温泉門票套的私湯房，房間很大，私湯都是地下温泉水，乾淨，特別舒服。早餐也算豐盛7:00-10:00的開餐時間特別符合度假的親子家庭。
酒店園區超大，綠植豐富，還有寬闊的湖面，天氣好的時候，隨便一拍都是大片。
