## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's close to the Hai River, Tianjin Eye, Shizilin Bridge, Ancient Culture Street, and many unique restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful design details. The staff were warm and polite. It would be even better if they added a few more local Tianjin hot dishes to the breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tianjin.

If you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke. There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Our stay at Pan Pacific Tianjin was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, making the check-in process very smooth. They even gave us a great recommendation for a popular shaved ice shop nearby, which was super helpful. Over the weekend, there was a 'Fanfan' mascot interaction in the lobby, which the kids absolutely loved. The staff also kindly gave out stickers, making the children very happy. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You can really feel the attention to detail everywhere, making it perfect for families with children. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Tianjin.

Five-star review! My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin on August 11th with my two children was absolutely perfect. As soon as the car pulled up, the concierge immediately came over to help with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and swift, with no long waits. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was exceptionally brilliant. A special thank you to the staff there; their service was meticulous and thoughtful, with just the right amount of attentiveness, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The sommelier, a charming young man from Tianjin, was elegant and highly knowledgeable about wines. His professional explanations and recommendations truly enhanced our wonderful meal. The king-size bed in the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable; it easily accommodated two children with plenty of room. The hotel noticed the children in our party and thoughtfully prepared adorable kids' amenities, a detail that was truly heartwarming. From the front desk and concierge to the dining service and room setup, the service quality across all departments was consistently excellent, and every staff member demonstrated high professionalism. It's clear that the hotel boasts mature and comprehensive management, as well as outstanding management capabilities. This was a thoroughly pleasant stay, my top choice when visiting Tianjin. I look forward to returning!

The location is great and the service is good. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The drain next to the bathtub was really bad, causing a huge flood. The rooftop bar also felt a bit dated and the drinks weren't good. The room itself was quite spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel price wasn't expensive, so the value for money is decent. At first glance, the room seemed okay, but the details couldn't stand up to scrutiny. I guess it's understandable though, many hotels in Tianjin are quite old.
