Very good place! The girl in the front door was really nice. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around and the views from the room were amazing!

I booked twin bedroom for two nights. The location was close to The eye of Tianjin and Little Italy. The view was good, my room was at 45th floor. Bathroom smells horrible, it was smelling like public toilet . even when I open all the windows and turn on the ACs the smell never left. Sanitary was so bad like it was never cleaned. Walls and floor was dirty and oily, sink was clogging so often. I called cleaning crew twice and they were a joke. 3 people came in just to wipe the floor with blackest mop I’ve ever seen. Cleaning crew didn’t even use a drop of soap, they just wiped lightly with dirty damp mop and used dry towel to clean the crusty shower door when i asked them.

Hotel sleeping shoes are of poor quality
The bathroom facilities are not perfect, for example: shower cream and shampoo racks/bathroom floor towels)
Lack of: cups/tea bags/necessary kitchen utensils/cleaning of the room + no interruptions and name tags
The floor and windows are not very clean
Bedsheets and pillow bags are not changed every day, and bedsheets are not included
Cleaner is sloppy
