帶我媽來天津玩，簡單看了一些住宿對比，定了這家民宿。小區環境很好，而且整個小區有好多家民宿。周邊有超市餐廳，還有兩個大型商場，購物娛樂都方便。房東很熱情，我們定的家庭房，房東帶我們看了樓上樓下的自己選，很耐心。房間整潔，採光好。一張單人床一張雙人床，床品也很乾凈衞生。衞生間空間比較大，洗漱用品吹風機都有。房間有做隔音，從門的底部細節就可以看出來。總的來説舒適安靜，唯一的缺點就是樓道窄一點，也不影響什麼。交通也方便，周邊人比較多，所以打車也方便。而且距離公交車站不遠，去各個景點或者地鐵高鐵站都可以直接到。

別墅區裏的民宿，老闆人品相當好，我把包和化粧品落在了酒店，我已經回到自己城市了，一問老闆，老闆第一時間找到了它，給我郵寄過來，非常感謝。這次天津之行非常滿意，包包失而復得，下次還會入住。

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住。有窗可以打開。這天氣晚上可以開窗睡。就是不太好找，找半天電話打不通，問了臨街修車鋪的夥計，很快就解決了，臨街是商鋪，裏面是一片小別墅，去哪兒大部分海洋館附近兩百的民宿都在這。這家衞生安全都行，晚上也比較安靜。不包早點因為周圍賣吃的小店特別多還有很近的商超。熱水沐浴液牙膏牙刷衣架，甚至充電線，吹風機都有。住一晚上很划算。拖鞋自己帶的。

我來的比較早，老闆娘還是和往常一樣給我安排的房間，他家有一個優點，衹要是有空的房間可以提前給你辦入住，屋裡的衞生收拾的很乾凈，保潔阿姨正在刷拖鞋，每一個客人走後，他都是將布草一客一換，包括拖鞋和水壺他們都會清洗。乾淨整潔的環境讓人放心，這也是我一直在他家住的原因。周邊飯店很多，琳琅滿目，無論你是什麼樣的口味，都能夠在這裏找到合適的飯館兒。這裏離海洋博物館非常近。如果天氣好的話，你甚至可以走過去，也可以坐免費的公交車。

酒店區位好，在寶龍官邸別墅區，安靜舒適，遠離噪音之苦，有家的感覺，服務熱情，耐心解答旅客詢問。酒店周邊遊玩景點很多且距離近，適合長者孩子遊玩，帶孩子參觀了國家海洋博物館，館裏海洋標本多，可以遊覽4～5個小時，遊覽出來就是海邊親水平台，孩子可以捉小魚釣小蟹，玩的很開心又去了世界最高的媽祖文化園，水魔方，南堤步道公園、東堤公園、億利精靈樂園、方特、航母主題公園等遊玩了三天，孩子很開心，也不累。出酒店吃飯購物方便，寶龍城、愛琴海購物休閑中心盡在咫尺。是一次不錯的旅行。

老闆非常熱情，還幫我們保管了騎行的車。房間收拾的很乾凈，有窗户，居住環境安靜。民宿在小區裏面，很方便就能找到。忘記拍照了，那就放幾張從酒店去東堤公園看日出的照片吧。

特意跟老闆説一定要寫一個小作文表示感謝！老闆東北人真的實在又熱情。事事安排妥妥當當的。我臨時決定同朋友一起去玩到的時候周圍已經沒有可定的房間，老闆現場發動人脈搞定了住宿。第二天的海洋博物館也沒有預約上。又是老闆力挽狂瀾搞定入館！！那設施衞生條件就不用誇了。實在人的店差不了！放心住就對了！！！再次感謝！老闆還邀請我們吃烤串實在是沒好意思參加這樣的盛情邀請！但心意暖暖！！！實在沒來得及拍照片展示，在攜程裏找了幾張。照片真實光線充足！

頭一次體驗民宿，原本以為會比酒店差很多。結果沒想到會是一次很不錯的體驗，論100左右的房價來説，這一次是非常性價比高的。而且環境簡單，乾淨，整潔。隔音效果也是非常不錯的，關上門也不會被隔壁吵到。停車也很方便，周邊吃的，喝的也都不貴，很親民。推薦了一些朋友來君緣民宿，下次來玩一定首選他家。
