The service is really not that good! No one took the luggage when entering. There was no one at the counter during dinner time, so I had to wait for a long time. The two waiters at breakfast saw our family of three waiting at the door and refused to take our seats. Asking where I can do it was extremely perfunctory! This kind of service is definitely the worst in Japan! I was really lucky to stay for just one night!

I am very satisfied with my decision. Facing the sea, spring flowers are blooming. The biggest surprise is the hotel's dinner buffet. The price is very good. Only when you visit in person will you know how good value for money it is! ! !

The elevator is relatively small, but it's no problem to wait a few times, and it's no problem to walk up and down the stairs! The buffet dinner was rich and delicious, and the breakfast was also full of surprises. I also soaked in the hot springs in the evening and in the morning. The scenery was amazing. Highly recommended!

Bathrooms, rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable and pleasant. If there is a chance, I want to use it again.

We used it on a family trip during summer vacation (1st and 4th grade). Yukai-san, which can be enjoyed inside the hotel, is helpful for families with children. This time, I was very satisfied with the small pool where you can do water sports and the clean hot springs. The room was upgraded, so it was on the top floor and had a nice view and was spacious. Although it is quite old, it has been renovated and I felt comfortable. The lower the floor, the higher the humidity. I can't say much because I haven't seen it, but I hope the humidity doesn't affect the room. The food was okay, nothing special. The kids were very satisfied with the desserts. The roast beef for dinner was delicious, and the croissants and French toast for breakfast were delicious. For swimming, head to Anrakujima Beach, which is a 20-minute drive. It was compact, free of trash, and the water quality was good and the waves were calm, which was great for small children. There were many children playing on the rocks. While swimming, we could see fish jumping and water jellyfish swimming. After checking out, I was able to use the facilities for a fee. The pool and hot springs were especially special when there were no guests. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I came here by bus before the premium construction. I don't have any good memories of it. Guest rooms are on the 2nd to 4th floors of the building that juts out on three sides. The rooms and baths have not changed, but the restaurant's facilities and equipment, probably the menu, and various policies have also changed. Toba is not uncommon for exceptionally luxurious hotels. Looking at the plan, the half-board plan here is quite cheap. Furthermore, the discounts and coupons for travel support related to the coronavirus might be a rare blessing, so I definitely wanted to go there.
