I am a Ctrip Black Diamond VIP member. This is my second business trip stay since my first stay in December last year. The hotel is located in the Ginza business district and the location is very good. However, due to construction sites nearby, the hotel was closed last time. When I checked in, the construction work lasted until 11 to 12 o'clock in the evening, which was bearable, but this time it was strange that the construction work continued 24 hours a day. This happens every day. When negotiating with the hotel front desk, they were told that this situation was beyond their control and could not be solved. Don't the Japanese need a curfew? No noise management? The experience was terrible, it was a mental torture every night, and I suffered at a price of 4,000/night. Depending on the project situation, it is recommended that you do not stay in this hotel within 1 to 2 years. So I have to give a big negative review.

Hotel was excellent and location was super convenient. Would highly recommend any family traveling with young children to stay at Hyatt Centric Ginza.

Is it the lack of human resources or the deterioration of Japanese services? The housekeeping is not 24 hours a day and stops cleaning the room after 6 o'clock. It is comparable to a motel. I'm sorry for the price. In addition, after staying for 4 days, I wanted to store my luggage for a day when I checked out. Secondly, When I went to pick it up, I actually said no, never happened before in any 5 star hotel. And he said confidently that the luggage room was small. Come on, why don't you make the luggage room bigger for the price you charge? It's completely a practical concept. Anyway, if you check out, I won't serve you anymore... I guess Hyatt doesn't care about repeat customers. The service doesn't need to be good. There are always new customers. I'll stay at the Palace next time.

The location is perfect, in the center of Ginza, right outside Gucci Chanel LV and various luxury stores, and there are all kinds of shopping stores within walking distance. The staff was very nice. After being in Japan for so long, this was the first time I encountered a hotel that allowed us to check in early when we arrived at 1 o'clock. They were very considerate. It didn't bother us that there was no traditional bottled water in the room. The drinks, wine, rest area, and game area in the lobby downstairs were great. On the contrary, the overall feeling was that this was a hotel with a very young concept style, and the room was big enough! When I left the hotel and returned to my country, I discovered that I had forgotten my necklace and earrings at the hotel. The staff helped me send them back to my country very quickly. The service is nothing to say.

酒店位置超級好，被各大品牌緊緊包圍在中間，逛街超方便。下次來還會入住，前台還有很多零食和水，每天都不一樣。

房間大，地理位置一流，價格也貴，早餐很棒值得
