One of the best capsule style hotels I've stayed in. Comfortable bed, free coffee and soft serve icecream! The bathrooms and shared spaces were clean and the hotel is literally across the road from a train station. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers or travelling with friends.
Staff also super accommodating, I'm still learning Japanese but they have a handy translator tool to help understand foreign travellers.

It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. I stayed for 5 days. Overall, it was a good experience.
Check-in: The staff had a translator, so there were no problems in communication and the check-in was relatively smooth; toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, etc. can be taken on the first floor if needed
Facilities: Boys are all on the 6th floor, and girls are on the 5th floor. There are several cabinets of comics in the public space, including Slam Dunk and Naruto. There are also ice cream and various drinks for you to eat and drink. There are microwaves and other things. You can also take things bought in the convenience store back to heat them up; the washing area is also relatively clean, and shower gel and shampoo are provided
Service: It is quite a surprise to provide pajamas. The staff will I changed my pajamas and towels every day, helped to make the quilt, and gave it a good review.
Surroundings: It is very close to JR Kamata Station, which is only a 1-minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to take a bus to Haneda Airport, about 40 minutes by subway, and it takes about 1 hour to go to popular attractions such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Sensoji Temple. I can accept it myself; the 711 and Family Mart around the hotel are also very close, and there are many restaurants. It is quite convenient to do anything.
Overall, I am lucky to be able to book such a good capsule hotel for my first overseas trip. If I come to Tokyo alone next time, this is my first choice.

This is my second stay here.

It was very good for the price. I liked it, but one of the employees was very strict. It wasn't friendly. The employee, who was not friendly, seemed to need some training in kindness. Other than that, it was a good accommodation.

The location is very good 👌, just across the road from JR West Exit, there are many restaurants nearby, you can choose a curry or instant noodles every day, unlimited drinks, the public space is spacious, the room is clean, it is highly recommended

Very good experience. First of all, it is very close to Kamata Station. It takes less than 2 minutes to get there from the west exit. And the space is very huge, two suitcases can be accommodated. The TV is also very large. The senses are particularly good. very good.
