The front desk service is good and speaks little English. The hotel room has enough space for 2 large GIPs. Breakfast was acceptable. There is independent air-conditioning, so you can control it at any time. The rooms are clean.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and polite staff. With the exception of soundproofing the front door. You will hear everything that happens in the corridor: who is leaving/talking/coming/leaving when, everything is very loud!

The location of the hotel is far from the subway station. The hotel is clean and hygienic. Pajamas are self-collected in the disinfection cabinet in the lobby. Breakfast is provided, which is relatively rich, and coffee and tea are complete. It's okay to sleep for one night, the room is relatively small. After all, the price is cheap. 🐶

The location is very convenient. There are 3 subway lines nearby. Among them, the Asakusa line has direct flights to and from the airport, which is the best. The waiters are very attentive. If there is something we don't understand, the waiters will try their best to communicate and assist us. Although the breakfast is the most basic food, it feels like home. I stayed for 8 nights and went to the breakfast rack every morning. Next time you come to Tokyo, you will definitely stay again

First of all, if you have 2 kids and want to stay in 1 room, it's not suggest as the room is small (budget hotel), but if you have 2 persons, that's the hotel i suggest you to stay, location is good, carpark is just JPY2000 per day, and post office is just opposite to hotel (Yuyu post office window also not far away from this hotel, just around 10 minutes walk and it opens on Sat and Sun, public holiday also), free breakfast is not bad. If any comments to say, just not everyday has room cleaning service (budget hotel), but it's acceptable as the price is very low during Christmas period in Tokyo. In conclusion, if you drive in Tokyo, i suggest you to stay in this hotel!

For a low-budget hotel, our family had everything we needed. We booked 2 rooms for 10 days and had a great time. The Japanese breakfast was perfect to get us started each day. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the subway and a half mile to the nearest JR station. There are convenience stores everywhere and lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed at this place at the beginning and at the end of my Japan trip and would absolutely recommend it. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, everything was really nice. In terms of sustainability there is some room for improvement though (no clean towels everyday needed, “normal“, re-usable plates at breaksfast are not provided every day).

Bang for your buck! Wonderful onsen spa without additional money. Saves time having onsen and hotel together. The onsens are beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly, amenities very complete :) love it! Definitely will book this hotel again next time we visit Japan! 💜

Front desk staffs friendly, quick check in, clean ,we stay there 4 nights & hang the new towel on door handle every day. Variety breakfast. will stay there again.

The hotel was very comfortable with the small room, you’re very close to Ginza and 30min (walk) to Akihabara. The tokyo railway station for local and JR lines are also very close making transport super easy! The staff were lovely plus you get free breakfast too!

Wonderful, affordable hotel in Nihombashi, close to Ningyocho station, giving easy access to all of the major parts of Tokyo. Included breakfast buffet was a lifesaver in getting over our jetlag. Being in the banking district, the trains around rush hour were never crowded when going back toward Chuo, as you would if you were a tourist. A Lawson's is just around the corner and, as well as a My Basket grocery store. Staff and even fellow guests were always courteous, even to a big bearded gaijin. Washer and dryer are serviceable, if modest in size and power. Bidet had a seat warmer and warm water, although electric bidets never match the pressure I'm used to with my mechanical one. Duvet is wonderfully plush and warm, even if the bed is on the harder side. As long as you're not used to a custom/high-end mattress, you'll be fine. Room is economy sized, but the thought put into the design makes it feel larger. My one recommendation to tourists is to go to Kyoya, a Okonomiyaki place a few minutes away. The food was delicious, but the service was unforgettable. The owner speaks near-fluent English and will make you feel right at home in Tokyo.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and was quite good. I can be a bit noisy from the hallway. You can hear guest talking at just a normal conversation level and doors closing with a thud if left to close on their own. The rooms were fairly spacious. While there aren't a huge amount of nearby restaurants, the ones that are there aren't bad.

The property was amazing it was about a 5 min or less walk to the closest station to get the journey going but that morning walk does help stretch the legs. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and uses translators when they do get stumped. The only complaint would be the bed being really hard but it it was still comfortable after a long day of walking.
