La reservación en la página de expedía fue muy buena, cobraron mi estancia al momento. Después recibí una confirmación. No obstante, al llegar al hotel en la recepción me dijeron que no tenía reservación, mostré mi reservación y solo habiendo demostrado que había pagado me otorgaron la habitación. El argumento era que ya no había disponibilidad. En fin, al final si me otorgaron la habitación, pero a alguien más le dejaron sin reservación.
El hotel es bueno, las habitaciones limpias, cómodas y suficientes. Las personas que atienden no son muy serviciales, pero si son amables.

Las fotos engañan, la verdad que al llegar nos recibieron bien pero las.habitaciones les fallaba en una la luz principal, en otra encontraron cucarachas,y las camas se movían al.subiirte, tuvimos que cancelar y retirarnos, lo que nos costó que el 20% no nos regresaron según por qué reserve por la app.
Mal todo, pésima experiencia.

El hotel es básico. Mi habitación tenía dos camas pero una estaba tan pegada a la puerta del baño que no se podía acceder fácilmente. Aparte de papel de baño y una toalla, no hay nada más.
