所謂通城最好的酒店，其實也就是快捷酒店的檔次，客房衞生極差，床單有污漬不換，摺疊就給下一位入住客人，這樣的管理，很糟糕

服務很好，停車場超級大，後面有個公園，環境很好，房間乾淨衞生，到店加錢升級的套房，房間有水果，乾果，還有很多免費的飲料，入住還看見一個機器人在安裝，下次去估計可以享受機器人的服務了，期待一下

酒店值得推薦入住 房間衞生乾淨整潔 ，帶小朋友來，拿了點水果，和前台説有沒有地方可以保鮮放下水果，前台熱心給我們房間放了個小冰箱，很暖心[強]停車也很方便，酒店四周環境也不錯，下次來還住這家酒店

準備睡覺一掀開枕頭就是這個，當時太晚了沒折騰（衹是乍一眼嚇一跳，其實也不算太大的問題）。退房的時候跟前台反應這個問題，並給她們看了照片，沒有得到任何回覆，她們默默的低頭幹事冷處理…這種態度衹能一星。
事不大，但是態度很不對。

一出電梯就看到拖把橫在過道，一次性拖鞋是這種質量，牙刷質量很差，實在配不上酒店這麼高的價格
