很無語 寫着免費停車結果到了地方光停車收了兩次錢 門口的保安説停車衹能免費12小時 超出收費 我想請問我定二十四小時的酒店衹能住一半就要走嗎？！！ 房間還可以 停車挺差勁的一點也不方便

對於前台服務有點不太滿意，停車券不好多次進出可以好好説，一副誰欠了她錢的樣子真的很不舒服，再就是，辦理入住時，不知變通，有同樣的價格的房間空着，也不知道給我們換，就讓我們在那等着別人一點多退房，可是我是兩點考試，等不了，説了情況，也還是説等着退房，真的無語，環境可能那幾天雨天，房間濕答答的。
