Was very nice stay. Receptionist was very helpful and the room was great! Spacious and a great bathroom. Has a nice bar which I didn’t have time to use unfortunately. The only issue was that the walls are not super noise cancelling…, but I still enjoyed my stay.

Staff was so kind. They were very professional, patient and very helpful. It was an easy stay, my room was very clean and relaxing. I will be staying again.

I've stayed at oco before but the place is becoming worn down .staff new hit or miss dont on my check out welcome or say goodbye. Shower I had was moldy. But there no kettle? Free bottle of water ...toiletries nice bed very nice . Tv cable now is great . Location right in Chinatown and queen shopping.the carpet really has a bad bad smell . Window can't open . Heating is super powerful.maintenance guy is super friendly.no key entry so u will freeze waiting for staff ..no buzzard .price was great . Bar really nice but dirty surfaces.twice new staff didn't see u during my visit . Nice writing table but there's tacky envelopes promoting tips??

Awesome stay, and great price for the night. Hotel room was very nice and staff (Simone) was very friendly. In the room, it was very dim and I think it could definitely use some brighter lights in my opinion. However everything was very modern and clean. Our TV was not working and we had some very minor issues with the shower handle but we were only there for one night and didn’t bring it up to the staff, although I’m certain they would have been accommodating with our issues if we brought it to their attention. I think this is a hidden gem of downtown Toronto! Perfect central location. We walked almost everywhere or called Ubers that were under 10 dollars. The front doors are locked after midnight, however a staff member is quick to come to the door once you show them your room key. This gave me peace of mind and made me feel secure given the location of being downtown Toronto. For the price, room and customer service I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! :)

Cute hotel. Massive room with lots of space!!! Just needed a place to attend a work event and near my workplace. Wasn’t aware of the $250 deposit - when I was initially told it was only $200. Not a deal breaker, truly. Would stay again

The room was very basic. Queen size bed, nice clean soft sheets. 3 piece bathroom. The TV in our room didn't work, which was a little irritating but nothing to get upset over. Overall a good place to crash at, but nothing fancy. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Convenient location, easy check in and check out. Was fairly clean in the room but could be cleaner in the bathrooms. The rooms overall could use more light source options.

Came to see a show at the Horseshoe Tavern. Excellent location. Parking was easy to find. There was a Christmas party happening at the bar so the lady at the desk gave us a key for the side door so we didnt have to drag our luggage thu the crowd. Read the reviews so you aren't suprised or disappointed.

We've stayed here twice, and definitely will go back. Rooms are soundproofed. Comfortable beds and bedding. Shower and bath areas very nice. Had a big tub in one. Overall a great place.

Great location to walk and discover downtown Toronto. The room was very bright and architecturally pleasing. The bed was comfortable and as a fussy pillow person, I give the pillows 5 stars. The staff was friendly and efficient. I will stay here again!

great location in city at most reasonable rate for downtown toronto.

Stayed here 4 night while on a business trip. Sure is a 25 minutes walk from the convention center, but its a great chance to discover Toronto. A lot of great restaurants at walking distance.

This hotel was very nice and affordable. It seemed like a great venue for events with the hotel above!
