This is the second time we have stayed in a hotel apartment under this group. It is very good. It has a kitchen and laundry room, hotel suite style, a large and great private swimming pool, and free private parking. I recommend it to friends who drive. They are very satisfied; the attitude of the waiters is also very good. OK, everything is great!

Had a five day stay, apartment was okay but quite dated and really needs a good clean and a bit of TLC. We had issues with a leaking ceiling, in the lounge, from the hole where the missing ceiling fan should be (which talking to reception it’s clear that it won’t be fixed anytime soon). The air conditioning also constantly dripped water leaving puddles on the floor and was noisy in the bedrooms. Quite poorly equipped for self catering e.g only one knife (a bread knife) for food preparation and a random mix of odd mismatched cutlery. Property does have a nice roof top pool and secure underground parking but I would not stay again.

Good room size, loved the balcony, the gym and the pool, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight negative was the bed was a bit small, we have a king size bed at home

Carpet was dirty and stained, air conditioner in bedroom was very noisy. I've stayed at the Kensington before (part of the group) but I would not stay at holborn again.

They moved my booking (which was booked in March) from a 2 bedroom apartment to a double room. Took 2.5hrs but they eventually put us up in a different hotel then back with them the next night. They are expecting us to pay for the night they messed up and they took the funds out of my bank account 2 days after check out. The manager states that because he paid 3 times the amount for one nights accommodation I should still pay for their accommodation even though they made the mistake. Will never stay with this hotel group again. The manager is a joke.
