The service was great. It’s so nice that they provided yukata for us to walk around the town at night. Private onsen hana is the best

Fantastic accommodation. The 4 private onsens are very good and easy to use (much better than the public ones).

A very comfortable stay! It's just a 3-minute walk from the station, and from the moment we stepped in, the staff took wonderful care of us. Dinner in the room was delicious, and the private onsen, which doesn't require a reservation, was absolutely perfect – much more comfortable than the public baths. We made sure to use it as many times as we could. If any friends come to Kinosaki Onsen, I'll definitely recommend they stay here!

The hotel was generally fine, but the only drawback was having to navigate a tunnel with stairs to get from the main building to the annex. This was extremely inconvenient if you had luggage.

Had a great time staying there. Feels a little bit inconvenient without private shower at first, but turn oublt just fine. Great place to stay as it's right in the centre of the town and pretty easy to walk around.

Lovely stay in this cozy onsen hotel. The newly renovated private onsen was lovely. The staffs were kind and attentive. Food was excellent. We overall had a very relaxing stay.

This ryokan was the highlight of our Japan trip and such a memorable experience. The location was very close to the train station and within 10-15 minutes walk to the majority of the public onsens. The in-room crab and beef dinner was delicious.

Location is good. Room is quite new. However, we are located on the 1st floor and directly on 2nd floor is the breakfast dining area. Hence, we were woke up around 5.30am by staff footsteps above, setting up the breakfast. Wall is very thin. We were unwell after eating the dinner sashimi that night. We chose the last dinner slot at 6.30pm. Both had diarrhoea, vomit and fever.
