Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tracy Reviews

Our view was of a hugh homeless encampment right outside our window, the hotel is right next to the freeway so the sound of cars driving is consistent. We were right next to the exit door so we had to hear the door slam constantly from around 6am throughout the entire morning. There's only 1 ice machine so no matter what floor your on, you have to go all the way down to the lobby for ice. Rooms had a weird smell as well as the halls, could have been from the construction going on due to the remodeling.

Everything was good about the property. My only worry is that my deposit has still not been credited into my account.

It’s like walking into a new home. Everything is up to date. One sugession is if possible make more sound proof

The room was so dirty. The hotel as a whole was not well kept. Hotel is under renovation and it was not disclosed in the advertisement to book. Shower was not even usable. The staff was the most amazing people. So complaining to them was hard so we didn’t complain. I booked 2 rooms to attend an out of town family event. We woke up as early as we could to get out of there.

The staff were very friendly, especially the young lady that checked us in. The room was fresh and clean. Room temperature was already comfortable. Refrigerator already cold. Entire hotel recently remodeled.

Had a good stay, for the price and how the place was kept up, was definitely going to go back for future work trips in that area

It's the best motel I have ever stayed in Tracy and the staff is so friendly and very helpful, this is one place I will let all my friends and family about

Had an issue with strong smell for spray sprayed in hallway, front desk tried very hard to rectify problem ...breakfast was fair..was hoping for scrambled eggs, bacon or such but had mostly carbs and sweet stuff...aside from that the person working the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and want to make sure my stay was pleasant

The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is plentiful. The room is clean. The bed is comfy. Excellent quality and friendly

The TV was not properly working. Phone did not work. It smelled like Curry as soon as you open the door. Dirty inside the lower part of the walls. Inside bathroom had rust and the soap and shampoo was very very weak.

It’s was my first time there it was nice and quiet I will be going back again.

Needs New carpet, and furniture, it was too dirty and chairs dirty and old.

Check in was efficient and no fuss. Rooms are smaller than normal but very clean. The bathrooms have DOVE pump soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Very clean …
