Tralee Townhouse

We travel to Tralee often with work and previously used a hotel where we have a corportate rate, when then increased this rate by 100% we fortunately found the Tralee Townhouse early this year. We have stayed here three times this year with a fourth booked. The rooms are excellent and we have had a different one each stay, all spotlessly clean, lovely new decor, spacious with everything you could need. Michael the owner is a gentleman, very welcoming and we feel he would go above and beyond. He keeps in contact and even though the reception is not manned 24/7, Michael can be contacted easily. We cant comment on breakfast as of yet we havent tried it but imagine it would also be amazing. The location is superb, easy walking distance to everything. All in all if you are looking for somewhere which is reasonable priced ( 100 % the best price for accommodation in Tralee) where the standards and servce are not compromised this is the place.

Before lockdown it was around 59 euro to stay here with no breakfast now its near 100 euro I understand things went up but that's the same for everyone just too expensive accommodation now very scare as refugees have filled places and owners are getting well paid by government place is clean and Owner is nice but too much of a jump in price in such a short period.

I have a fantastic time in the Tralee Town House.Michael is the manager,he make also the Breakfast etc, My room would cleaning every day.Good Breakfast in the Morning. I would came back.bye Harald.bye Harald

Stayed in the Tralee Townhouse in August for 3 nights, room fresh, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We did not have breakfast as we had very early starts each morning (6am). Michael is very pleasant and he does everything he can to ensure you have a good experience. In a great location and very safe.

Our stay at the townhouse was great. Rooms are modern and very clean. The beds are comfortable. Michael the owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect in town near all the shops, pubs and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We only stayed at the townhouse for one night as we were driving up to Limerick early in the morning and we were happy with the place and it was lovely. The manager arranged to meet us at the hotel as we were running late. We had a great breakfast the next morning with a good selection of food to choose from. The room was small but comfortable with a good WiFi connection and a kettle for tea and coffee. Our only problem was the light in the bathroom was on a sensor so we could not switch off manually and it was coming on in the middle of the night.

One to avoid. Unless you like the smell of second hand smoke, stuffy tiny dirty rooms, street noise keeping you awake, nowhere to park, and a grumpy welcome, go elsewhere. Anything you save here is a false economy.

Excellent stay. Room is compact, but has everything you need. Michael owns the building and runs a tight operation. Quite comfortable, great central location near restaurants and the Simsa Tire National Folk Theater. Breakfast was excellent and high quality. We were on a cycle tour. Michael ensured we had a secure place inside to store our bicycles.

Stayed 1 night as was booked up following night - what a lovely clean & friendly little place to stay in heart of Tralee. Michael the manager a very dry & funny host, Manager,receptionist,cook,waiter - like Peter Kay from the Services! - but lovely place to stay. Superb Brekfasts too in nice suroundings We stayed at a 4 star hotel next night for double the price, but experience not s good as Tralee townhouse
