I had a bad cold in the plane as it was super cold. so I went to the hotel for early check in or for a room for a quick shower. The front desk is very cold and rude, and said I need to return in 4 hours since the room is not ready. Today before checking out I see many rooms are in fact ready by the same hour. I explain that I need to take a shower to avoid the situation to worsen or otherwise I will fall sick. Any arrangement would be great, even a dirty room. She said no. I in fact got sick today.

Our stay was great. There was a wait due to a new hire being trained, but both were very friendly and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. The room was very clean, the water was fine, I know some reviews mention it not being hot enough but at least in our area that was not an issue. The breakfast was decent. Fresh fruit, waffles, biscuits, sausage, egg, toast, variety of yogurts, cereal and milk, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. Over all enjoyed the stay, will definitely book again.

First off the girl at the front desk was training another girl which was fine, but the girl training her was short and kind of rude when I asked a question on a paper she was having me sign.
The hotel smelled of stale smoke from the nasty ripped carpet in the hallways. Definitely needs a complete overhaul. The first night the water for our showers were barely warm. And the walls are paper thin and could hear every noise in the hallways. The parking lot was not maintained at all. There was huge uneven areas all over there parking lot and cracks that are a major fall risk. With saying that as my ** yr old Mother and I were loading our car at the back entrance we saw that it was a very unsafe area to walk due to cracks and very unkept pavement so we were be very careful and watching where we walked and still my Mothers shoe caught in one of the cracks on the pavement by the back and and she ended up falling down! We will never stay at that location or any other Laquita hotels again. Something needs to be done before someone seriously injures themselves!! Very unhappy

We got there and had to wait an hour to get our reserved room. Was told that my reservations were canceled and they were not. The lady did fix it and it wasn’t her fault but it was very frustrating

Location of the hotel property is not ideal if you are bothered by the sound of highway traffic. It’s located next to a busy highway overpass. Hotel did not have any record of it reservation despite being prepaid with a confirmation number. Had to cancel my reservation, get a refund, then place a new reservation. Second night of my stay, sitting at the desk in my room about 10:00pm, the door opens and in walks a couple who was mistakenly assigned the same room. Not exactly a safe situation for anyone. Front desk called me twice after asking for my name. Room had no hot water in the shower. If you ran the water for twenty minutes at the sink, it would get like warm at best. And the sink didn’t drain very well. So that was fun. Definitely won’t stay again.

Hotel stay was okay for 2 nights. Location is terrible. Entrance is right off the highway and if you miss it you will drive 2 miles before circling back. Parking lot did not have enough lighting so it’s pretty scary at night especially being next to a funeral home. Room was clean but the hotel itself looked a bit outdated. Wish there was another mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Try sharing a mirror with 2 teen girls.

Checking out the staff started washing the entrance area at 10:45. The bricks were slick, on Sunday morning. The water was never HOT in the shower. The baby nexted door cried for 2 days. I asked the girl at the desk for help. Her comment was the baby was cutting teeth. Not the worst. But could have been better.

Bad: Right next to highway and No major stores in the immediate area.
Good: Hotel room itself and bathroom were clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly. Good selection of after-hours drinks and snacks options.
