The hotel is very historical and very old. Sitting in the banquet hall, ordering a glass of brandy and listening to classical music is very sensational. Stayed in the Elizabeth Suite, in the three-story attic, it was not as good as I thought. There are a few wood piles in the middle of the room, it feels weird! Both the entrance and exit of the bathroom had to bow and the door was short. The key is that there is no elevator, you need to move your luggage to climb the building! The stairs are very narrow, or the ones that turn in circles. The steps are stones that are polished. Although the front desk lady asked me at CHECK IN, do I need to carry the baggage for you? But I feel that I am still not used to trouble them. The breakfast is very good, there are many types, and you can order some meals. In short, I feel that the price is not high, which is the lower ranking of the hotel in this hotel.

Very good accommodation, spacious room, spotlessly clean, good parking facilities (effectively outside own room). Pleasant, friendly and helpful receptionist who kindly listed local places to eat (several within walking distance) Hotel provides free wifi (with good and stable connection). Overnight stay following a wedding. Great location for our purpose. Room was clean and had all of the expected amenities and services. Tea tray was well stocked. Check in is 2pm, which was awkward as the wedding service was at 1:30. I booked two rooms so paid an additional £20 to check in early at one of these rooms. I telephoned the reservations team on two occasions a few days prior to our stay to enquire about the check in process and how access to the room would be facilitated since we would not be returning from the wedding until 1am. My only criticism would be the lack of clarity I received from the respondents. As a result of the insufficient answers to my questions, I made provision to leave the wedding venue during the day to check in at the second room. Upon arrival at the Two Rivers, all my additional arrangements were negated as the gentleman who checked us in, allowed us to check in for the second room there and then and take the key card. Other family members were staying in the room and I was paying for it. The access to the room was via a separate accommodation block and simply using the key card. All my additional arrangements to check in during the day were unnecessary. It would have been very easy if the respondents to my telephone calls earlier that week had given me that information. We had a good night's sleep and the breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced.
