It is an old bank transformed in a boutique hotel in a beautiful city, close to the river shore

Nice hotel, but our room did not look anything like the pictures on the website.
Price is way too high for the room we had.
You can hear people walking outside your door, let alone when they talk.
A/C was shut off, so the room was too hot at 22deg for sleeping and there was no way to put it on. They were closed for the winter.

The room was small (cozy) but otherwise perfect. The bath was lovely and large. Everything was spotless. A walking mall (blocked off street) cafe, theater, restaurant, shop area was literally right there. Street parking is free at night so that is a great option if you are just in for one night and leaving by 9 a. m. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a smaller venue walkable to relaxing amenities

Wonderful room altho there was no view from the window and we had a long wait before we were served at the front counter. Regardless, we had great service and a wonderful stay.

The night desk clerk was extremely helpful, going out of her way to get me checked in when I was arriving late. Very good value for the price, especially with location five minute walk from the riverwalk and the beautiful old city churches.

Warm reception at front desk. Well organized resulting in a smooth check-in. Very good location to enjoy all that Trois-Rivières has to offer - pleasant and surprised to see how busy the downtown is on a Monday night!

The staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were great. Very clean. Attached restaurant had delicious breakfast. Many restaurants around the corner. Easily walkable. Highly recommend.
